So I got my nails done at this place in El Monte and they came out horrible!!! Decided to give this place a try considering they had 4 stars and it was right down the street. I walk in with my friend and we’re immediately greeted with a smile and sat down to get started on.
The lady that was working on my nails was Amy and let me tell you she was the BEST! She did my pedicure so carefully but with a good pace and right on to fixing my nails. One of the best services I’ve had when coming to get nails did. Will definitely be coming back to Amy! Thank you!!!

Best color I’ve ever gotten. Amy dose fantastic job, she really knows her stuff. I was under the impression I was going to get another disappointing outcome. At first I was nervous. But there results speak for themselves self. I’ve been to other hair stylist and it’s always been a huge waste of money and time. Amy, your honestly the best! Thank you!!!

I have gone now 5 times, i really like the fact that i do not have to wait to long
i have cut my hair and done my nails and they are all great.
I will continue to go there.

I will NEVER EVER come here again!!!
I went in for a fill and when she was taking off my gel she kept burning me and she cut my finger! I yell because it hurt and she laughed! To make it worse she kept trying to rush me so I just asked her to take off the polish and I’d go somewhere else. When she said she was «done» I look at my nails and I still had polish on my nails. I didn’t want to be there any longer so I just left went to CVS and did my own nails!
This is the WORST PLACE EVER! I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.

I went to this nail place because I seen a grand opening sign and I wanted to give it a chance. Just let me tell you I will never ever go back there again. It literally took them 4 hours to do a Full Set and a Pedicure on me.
When I walked in they took me pretty quick which I was surprised because usually you wait about 15 mins at a Nail Place. Well lets just say that they did my pedicure which was half way done. After they cleaned my nails and everything they literally made me wait an hour and a half before they could even paint them because the lady doing them decided to go do something else. It wasn’t until I got mad and said something. Mean while I was waiting this girl came and started doing my Full set well let me tell you she could even put the nails on nor did she know how to cut evenly and she took an hour just to do that. She had to keep taking the nail off because they weren’t even and they were cut shorter then what I asked for.
While I was waiting 3 people walked out of this place. They also had a lady waiting for 3 hours when it was slow and nobody was doing anything.
My nails in the end did not look like I wanted them to look, there so ugly, uneven and you can still notice.
This place needs to learn how to run a nail shop! nobody perfect in this world but i expected better! I’m paying you for the services your not paying me to go there.
They honestly have so many people trying to work on you trying to get the job done when they should attend one person at a time instead of doing one person for 10 mins and going to another person and making others wait an hour until they feel like going back to them.
I will never ever go back there again, nor will I recommend this place to anybody.

The girls were very friendly and we were greeted right when we entered the store. Once we went in they worked on me and my sister right away! Take advantage of the 20% discount Monday through Thursday. Would definitely come again. :)

I had a pedicure done by Tammy and my acrylic fill done by Amy. Both times I was happy, but I was especially happy by Amy’s work on the shape of my short coffin nails. I’m picky when it comes to the shape, but she did exactly what I wanted! Yay :)

1 star because another staff jumped in and finished my nails. When I first got there I had explained what I wanted. Pedicure and eyebrows. Hour and a half to do my pedicure because the lady didn’t know how to take off gel. She then cut my toe bad and tried to down play the cut, standing up she puts my foot up and tries to explain that the cut isn’t that bad. It was. Its my toe firstly! I kept my cool and asked her if she could just finish please. She says she’s done and time to «pick color». I already explained from the start what I wanted but looking at my crusty toes I became upset… That’s when another worker jumped in and took over. She could tell. They looked bad!!! Long story short. Its the workers/​customer service that’s important. If you are getting a pedicure, you expect it to be nice. I did tip both ladies because she did work on me. But I would never go back. I wouldn’t recommend this place either. They shouldn’t have people whom half do jobs work there!

Amy is the best as you can tell. She does an amazing job. My friend and I did a walk in and they took us no questions ask. I would rate them a 6 but I can’t.

I was in desperate need for a manicure, and after seeing Attractive Salon’s prices, I couldn’t resist! A gel mani for $ 16!!! (I’m used to those ridiculous NorCal prices).
I came on the morning of Black Friday and was the only one in the salon. Fine for me cause that meant no wait. I just wanted a simple gel mani (check in on Unilocal for a free nail design!) Tammy was my technician and she did such a great job! It’s been awhile that I’ve had a really good manicure.
Salon was clean and everyone was friendly.
I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

My fiancé and I walked in, without an appointment, on a Monday around lunch time asking if they could give him a hair cut, a manicure for myself, and pedicures with callus treatment for both of us… In under an hour. Amy called in for reinforcement and within minutes, a third employee was there to help.
Amy did a great job on his hair cut and my pedicure and the other two did a great job on his pedi & my mani. I forgot to ask their names but it was a man that did my hands. The three had us out of there in an hour as requested & quality was not compromised as I expected it might be.
Due to our time constraint (& budget!), I opted out of getting gel. Usually my hands don’t last very long with regular polish… I don’t know what they used on my hands but my polish lasted 10 days before the polish started coming off. My toes are still as good as new (IMO) going on day 14.
My fiancé couldn’t get enough of the massage chair. The chairs and equipment were clean & the price was pretty cheap. I’m used to paying a premium for clean, new massage «spa» chairs that actually work and also having my manicure and pedicure done simultaneously.
This place has excellent customer service. Amy offered to change the tv channel to whatever we wanted & didn’t give me attitude or make me feel bad when I accidentally smudged my finger nail polish & asked her to fix it.
I wish we lived close to this salon so I could get a pedicure every time my fiancé needed a haircut! Keep up the good work and thanks again!

This nail salon has had such a nice upgrade! Under new management!
The place has more friendly staff than before, that are super nice and can communicate with you about what exactly you want without being pushy or rude like some other nail salons.
They have a flat screen TV and plenty of magazines for entertainment. I really appreciated that they were playing the news rather than some weird show like other nail salons might show.
The new remodel included brand new spa pedicure massage chairs. They place a mix in the spa that turns it blue and smells like eucalyptus. So relaxing and so nice.
They don’t only do nails! If you schedule ahead of time, they can provide hair services, waxing, facials, and even eyelash extensions!!!
The prices are highly competitive with the surrounding nail salons and is definitely my new go to when I’m in town. Loving the new store.
Addendum: Although we had awesome nail service, the eyelash extensions were another story so I had to decrease the rating to a 4. It took over an hour to apply, looked very dramatic, and half fell off after 2 days when they should last 2 weeks. I was very careful with them but maybe they’re just not too high quality. Super bummed…

I recently discovered this place last month which is conveniently near my house. They’re always so friendly and make conversations with you :)
I came in 30 minutes before closing and they welcomed me in with no hesitation.
This place is definitely a go to nail spot!

Got a hair cut here recently, and I loved it already. The staffs are very friendly, and the price is cheap. I’m definitely gonna come back.

This is a new hair and nail spa just opened up recently. I was visiting a friend in the neighborhood of Norwalk and happen to stop by this place. I have both pedicure and manicure done, as well as eyebrows wax. Very happy with the price and the friendly service from Amy!
