WORST McDonalds I’ve ever been to. DONOTGO. They screw up orders all the time then make excuses and try to blame the customer. The manager is worthless.

I was here on Saturday around 12:30. I went through the drive through, stated my order one item after the next, the nice lady never asked me to repeat myself, got everything correctly. 1st window, I hand the girl my card, she was nice and polite, swipes it quickly and wishes me well on my journey to window #2. With no car ahead of me I put on the gas and approach the window to be greeted with my coffee made by a young gentleman, then my food a few seconds later. When I pulled my McChicken out of the bag, it was something I’d never experienced before. The bun was fluffy! Like freshly baked bread, I bit into it like sweet bread(probably the same amount of sugar.) The bun handler was doing something right, because my McDouble had the same amount of fluffy goodness in its bun. Best burgers I’ve had at a McDonald’s! The coffee that day wasn’t great(watered down) but I went back today and the barista redeemed themselves. Was also greeted with fluffy bun’s, though the ingredients were hastily put together and my bf’s fries weren’t amazing. Still prefer this place over other McDonald’s A+ Saturday afternoon crew!

Thank you Richard and all of your management team for caring enough to read your reviews. My compliments to the staff for providing an enjoyable dining experience. I know it’s not easy to shift to using«pleasant voices» and it’s greatly appreciated. As always the product is spot on along with a clean environment. QSC&V!

Hash Browns are disgusting — soaked in oil. There was an employee working the drive through window with an injured arm. She was almost in tears. She said she dislocated her shoulder at work and when she did, they wouldn’t let her go home and made her work the rest of her shift. She should sue.

On a scale of best McDonald’s ever to worst McDonald’s ever, I can confidently say that this location wins the award of worst McDonald’s ever. Congratulations!!! My grievances: 1.) Food was almost always served cold. How is this sort of consistency even possible? Day time, night time, fries, burgers, chicken. Ice cream was cold, so good work on getting that one right. 2.) Food was almost always not what I had ordered. I know that special orders can be a bit of a pain, but humor me in to thinking that when I break down and decide to order fast food, if I want my burger prepared without onions that it’s no trouble because you are actually preparing it when I order it regardless of my special preferences or not. Seriously, for all you know I am allergic. Don’t give me grief, just give me what I order and am paying for. 3.) This one is the most absurd. My mom and I went through the drive-thru one time and paid with a $ 20. We received incorrect change by $ 1 so I parked the car so that she could go inside to have this corrected(long drive-thru line). I wait… and wait… and wait. Finally she comes out about ten minutes later. In this time, she had spoken with the cashier who couldn’t help her. She waited for the manager to be available and explained the situation. The manager looked at the change still in her hand and looked at the receipt and said«But look here on the receipt. It says you received $xx which is the correct change back from a $ 20.» My mom explained that sure, the computer did the math right but that we were handed back the incorrect amount by the human employee at the window. The manager said that this wasn’t possible because the computer had calculated the change correctly so why would our change have been given back incorrectly. Gee, there’s this thing called human error. Seriously, are we trying to rip you off over $ 1? Then, at the end of it, the fries from our order were cold(er) than they had initially been. My mom asked for new fries to be made and was told it would take ten minutes because there were other orders waiting. WASTHISREALLIFE!!! No. Just no.

Each time I go here for breakfast, I never get my whole order. And their is one staff member who is very rude. Management has been talked to about these issues and apparently management doesn’t care because the issues are still happening. The only reason I keep coming back is because it’s the only fast food place near my house for breakfast. When it comes to the food, the only complaints I have are the fries and hash browns. It’s like they are drenched in oil and the oil hasn’t been changed in months, so they appear to be very brown and dry. I tend to not eat their fries at all cause they are just horrible. I go to McDonalds in another town 99.9% of the time. I just don’t feel the food and experience is worth my money.
