Horrible service. They are friendly but have bad customer service and did a bad job on mine and a friends nails. Came in for an appointment and had to wait about 15 minutes in the pedicure chair and they did not even offer to fill up the water while we were waiting. Neither of our pedicures were done well. The ladies spent more time talking to each other than scrubbing my feet or paying attention to them. I got acrylics as well which were put on poorly and painted poorly. Will never go back here.

Drove to two different places that I found on Unilocal and both were closed… Decided to give one more place a try and I’m so glad I did. I called this time to make sure they were open– UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON Unilocal PEOPLE– and thankfully they were! Johnny was my nail tech and did an awesome job. Very clean and modern nail salon. Extremely kind staff, greeted promptly and waited only 10 mins– with no appointment– can’t complain. Good color selection, and thankful for Johnny being so patient with my indecisiveness. I always appreciate a place that greets their customers on a first name basis because that shows loyalty to their location. I’m the type of person that will drive 30 mins + for my nails because of how picky I am and thankfully this one was only 12 mins from me. Very satisfied customer, I will be back.

I love Diva Nails. I’ve probably been to 10 – 15 salons and honestly Diva Nails is by far the most consistent quality and at a good price. Truly ever single tech that has done my nails there has been nice and truly talented. In the time I’ve been going there I’ve also been 3 – 4 other places out of convenience and always regret it. Seriously 5 stars

Absolutely the worse customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. I walked in and it was pretty busy expected to wait, the guy said it would be a 10 min wait and I was like awesome! 10 minutes … nope I waited an hour patiently, and they even took a girl before me, I was so upset, I got up to leave and the guy said «oh you don’t want to wait «??? Um I have been waiting for an hour !

I along with others are very disappointed with the managements sense of time management. I made an appointment and had to wait more than 20 minutes before being directed to a chair only to wait again for someone to come assist me (actually no one even came). I wanted to go earlier but decided to make an appointment to avoid waiting… a concept they do not seem to understand. I will find another place that knows what an appointment means.

This is my go-​to salon in Michigan. It has a nice ambience and is well-​maintained and clean. Over the years I have had a variety of nail services-​regular polish, acrylic, shellac, and gel. They were all very good and lasted as expected. They do great pedicures too. No pressure to upgrade your services. They are usually busy and have the same busy times just as all salons do. So, plan accordingly. They do a good job of getting people in and out though. But I usually call to check the wait time. There’s a Starbucks nearby if you want to get a coffee.

Came last week Friday right when they opened after reading a lot of reviews that the wait can be long & was shocked they were already full! Decided to go to another salon down the road because I was pressed for time & was a little disappointed w/​them so I came back today around 1pm ready to wait to see what all the hype was about. I asked how long the wait was & the response was as long as it takes for you to pick a polish. I laughed pretty good on that one. My nails look great & during the time I was there I saw a lot of customers come & go & almost everybody was known by name, great staff & a large returning customer based. I can see why. I got snagged a little during my fill in which I know happens from time to time and that could literally be my only complaint possible if that’s even a complaint! The fact that you can leave confident too of not having to worry about getting infections from used equipment is amazing too. Great salon & I’ll definitely be back.
Oh I also couldn’t seem to get my life together & kept hitting the darn fan while waiting for my color to dry (I literally did it at least 3 times) and she fixed it every time without telling me to get out haha. I was very appreciative of that.

After trying a few other nail salons around my area, I realized nothing really compares to the quality of work the technicians put fourth here. Although the wait times are longer than I would like sometimes, this place is worth it for me. The owners are very nice and the technicians are efficient and nice to talk to. I usually go to Mindy for my appointments, she’s awesome. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a quality manicure or pedicure

This place is absolutely amazing. Their Shellac lasts a full two weeks (May last more but I am ready for a color change after 2 weeks!). I am always greeted by name when I walk in and walk out with gorgeous nails! Today Mindy added an awesome Valentine’s Day nail design to go along with my red polish and I LOVE it!!! You have to try this place – you won’t be disappointed!

I have been coming to this nail salon for about two years now and I absolutely love it. All of the staff is friendly. Johnny and his wife, Van, run this store and they do a great job maintaining it and keeping every customer happy. I usually get acrylics and my nails last about 2.5 weeks and when I get shellac my nails last 3 weeks. Overall, I am a loyal customer to Diva Nails and there is no other nail salon that beats this one. :)

Their main priority is quality and satisfaction from each and every one of their customers.

I had a great experience at Diva nails. Very clean, tons of colors to choose from, everyone is very friendly. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get serviced. Mindy and Lena were very knowledgeable, thorough, and give the best messages, even though I got there an hour before closing time. My shellac manicure/​pedicure was beautiful. I’ve tried a lot of nail salons in the surrounding cities and I’d definitely recommend Diva Nails.

Never had a bad shellac manicure yet! I’ve encountered 3 different staff members on my visits and they’re always friendly. They’re always up for my ideas & are fast/​efficient!

Another great visit!!! I thought this visit was better than my last visit– she really took her time and included a wonderful foot massage. The 4 star is because you can pay with debit but need to tip in cash :(unfortunately today, I didn’t have enough cash and didn’t know this was the policy. I paid debit last time, but cash another…

Wish I had time to come here more! Lena and Van do an excellent job. Very friendly, always remember my name and what I like done. Very happy with the service here and my nails look awesome when I leave.

I’m from out of town but live in Farmington currently so I was looking for a new shop to go to. I’ve lived here for about 3 weeks now & my nails I had on before looked ATROCIOUS b/​c I didn’t know where to go lol. I went in two days ago & came out very pleased. I’m extremely particular when it comes to my nails & they did great. Friendly staff, quick service, clean shop, & quality work. Thanks so much!!! Only reason for no 5 star is b/​c it’s a little pricey. I paid more than I anticipated. Other than that love this place

Good service. And great gel nails! Tons of reg colors and gel colors as well as glitter. Joe was up to date on the latest nail trends and art designs! Was impressed with her meticulousness — and attention to detail. I’m very particular and have tried many salons so far this one has it all! Can’t wait for my next trip in!

Went back to Diva and had a great experience. I went in and was instantly seen by Johnny. My past experience was corrected and I’m very pleased. Can’t wait to go back.
