I love Uniqlo. I’ve been many Uniqlos, and i was waiting this one to be opened! I like Uniqlo on 5th in NYC, the largest one in Asia(?) in Seoul, etc. That one is in Myungdong. I check their sale items, especially heattech stuffs. Those heattech items are life saver, when I go to cold area. It’s good when you buy those on sale. The price difference is huge!

I had some free time while in California and so I made a pit stop here. Love this store! I shopped here when I was in Japan. The sizes are perfect for me — it fits like H&M, but I like their style much better. Got a few items here on sale and I am very happy with my purchase. Alex was helping me out throughout the process and gave me amazing recommendations. Super helpful! Thanks dude!

I recently lost 40 pounds and on my search for new and well fitting clothes I’m glad I stumbled on this place. They had an awesome selection of plain V-Neck tees for $ 5.90! I really like the look and feel and its really comfortable too. The store was clean and organized and the staff was awesome. 2 guys raced to the register for the opportunity it ring me up which I thought was funny but overall I really did like the place and I will be back.

The store’s clothing line consists of basic wardrobe staples. They don’t offer much in terms of style but they make up for it with innovative materials. They are best known for their light weight down vests that you can fold into a small capsule-like bag and also have ‘heat tech’ on their tops and leggings, keeping you warm and comfortable without the bulkiness. Aside their simple prints, they also do collaboration lines with Disney, Pharell, Andy Warhol and Keith Haring art, and many more. Space is clean and well maintained. No clothes on the ground or clothes shoved in racks where they don’t belong. What I like about the Northridge store is that it’s not crowded and they have a line divider in their checkout lane, making sure there’s no cutting or confusion(which happens a lot in the Glendale location). My only pet peeve is that most of the popular colors of their vests are never in stock here. All in all, it’s a good and affordable place to meet your basic wardrobe needs.

They have the greatest customer service. Everyone is patient and always smiling, love them just for that!

I bought a $ 10 shirt here during the grand opening weekend. When I got home, I tried the shirt on and it was too small. I went to the store to exchange for a larger size and they refused citing their policy on opened packages. I wish that they would be fair and let me know this policy when I purchased the shirt or if they at least had a sign stating their return policy near the register. This made me very upset that they would rather lose a customer over a few dollars, than let me exchange for a shirt that fit. The return policy at uniqlo is more of a Japanese return policy than an American one. If you open the package, they do not allow you to return or exchange.

Functional, good quality clothes for reasonable prices. They sell casual clothes that are more in line of the GAP but better quality. Wish there were more clothes to choose from but I guess they keep their styles basic so that they don’t have too many non-quality clothes. Makes sense. Love this place!

Great deals for casual basics from this chain out of Tokyo. Similar to H&M for basics and a bit more stylish than Old Navy and Gap. I love their cardigan sweaters and tops with fine art prints such as Basquiat.
