Rude customer service. There was one guy working (Ali) at lunch hour on Sunday (3 people were in the back.) and there was a line. I asked him if he was the only one working and he snapped at us and said «They are all on a break.» He went out of his way to be rude. Then another girl came out and someone said «Can you help me?» and she snapped back «NO, I’M ON A BREAK!» in a mean voice. Here’s a suggestion for Subway. If it’s lunch hour on a weekend, don’t schedule everyone for a break at the same time!

Everyone that works there including the manager is rude. The male Latino tall with black hair was extremely rude. Today he yelled at me and another one of my friends. This is no way to run a business. The veggies were all nasty and I even saw them not washing their hands and touching their hair and face. What a disgusting place! I would not recommend this place to anyone. RUDE associates horrible food. GO eat at Stone Oven where the food is fresh and customer service is 10x better.

Came to this Subway a while back when I was there at the mall. I don’t remember the workers name, but he was thin, sort of tall and made my sandwich very sloppy. Seemed that he was in a hurry and the manager seemed rude to.

Finally something healthy in the Northridge Fashion Mall. Just opened up today. I ordered the turkey Sandwich and it was very fresh. I will be a regular there.
