Pizza Hut

Worst location ever! They got my order wrong and said they would send the right one and after an hr nothing, I called again and the manager answer, again! Yet I never received my order and they were quick to take my money. Never ordering from here again. Save your money. Worst customer service ever!

I am usually used to substandard wings from this particular location. For example, wings barely/​over sauced and overcooked. In regards to my last order, I live in a gated community. When my driver reached the guard shack, rather than waiting to be buzzed in, he or she simply turned around and cancelled and the order. Never again will I order from an establishment with substandard food AND substandard service!

Very poor service! I called to order a pizza. It’s a Friday night, and they don’t have enough drivers. I was told it would take over an hour for delivery. This is the second time in 3 months this happened! I ordered from dominos, and got my pizza in less than 30 minutes!

Pizza hut is always great for quick take out but the inside of this place smelled like mildew or mold. I couldn’t get over the smell & had to leave. It killed my appetite.

Costumer service was one of the best. Luis was so kind, funny and extremely helpful. No complaints!

I don’t understand when people say that the customer service sucks because the workers are super friendly here. I spoke to a girl but didn’t catch her name and the manager was very friendly as well. Seriously, the food is great as well.

They are so rude and definitely they don’t deserve more than one star. Very bad customer service. Totally disappointed!

I don’t know if I just got lucky or what because all the reviews here are terrible. Just literally got off the phone with Luis Carrillo. First of all he was very honest from the beginning, saying their delivery is kind of busy and it might take longer. He makes me want to go order from this place over and over again! He had great customer service over the phone (usually doesn’t happen with over the phone calls at any pizza place). He tried to help me find coupons and all sorts! Amazing guy! Go to this Pizza Hut you won’t regret it! Give this guy a raise if you haven’t already! Lol

Came in was not greeted the girl manager was so rude yelling at all the workers, I waited about 15 minutes until I decided to ask when my pizza would be ready because they said it would be ready in about 10 minutes they checked and my pizza was actually ready the whole time but no one informed me I was sitting in front of them the whole time… They gave me a cold pizza since no one informed me it was ready 15 minutes ago

Service in this particular location’s not good. Crews are not polite. Not satisfy!!!

Always takes 1 hour to delivery. ALWAYS. Their excuse is that their busy. Well if your busy 24 hours a day (including 8 Pm on a Wednesday) you must be doing well enough to hire more drivers. So over this place. Unfortunately the dominos in the area is no better. If you live in this area and looking for delivery I suggest a mom and pops. Trust me you’re better off.

Was hesitant to try this particular pizza hut after reading reviews, but it’s great. The staff is very polite and pizza was delish. Perhaps they got a new staff after firing the bad apples.

OMG! Founds BUDS in my pizza! Gross! Words can’t begin to express how angry and disgusted i am right now. Tomorrow i am planning to report this place for sanitary reasons. It made me sick just by looking at my pizza, cant believe they sell pizza with bugs crawling all over it! Where’s the owner?

So this pizza hut is decent when it wants to be… Other than that, i never wanna come back to this pizza hut again. When you cant offer someone breadsticks for their order of pasta or even bother to offer ranch dip for an order of wings, then why even bother working here!!!
Never coming back!!!

I work at another pizza hut in the area and let me tell you, you’re better off ordering carry out from ours and driving further than ordering from this one period. They’ve earned their 2 star rating and care little about their customer service. I literally created a Unilocal so I could leave this review.

Horrible place. It was very over priced. We got two thin crust pizzas for 30 dollars I don’t think that’s an average price for a pizza and it took an hour to get to my house. The pizza was cold and the sauce tasted like ketchup! I will never order from this location again. I normally like Pizza Hut but this place is a no no.

Yup! Another Unilocaler with a ONE star review. I should have listened to you guys. I ordered a stuffed crust large pizza and it took about an hour. I called back to see if the order was done and apparently they didn’t know anything about it. The Unilocalers are right? The customer service here is terrible. They could care less about the customers or their orders. I hate that this is the closest Pizza Hut to me. :(I hope that corporate takes a look at what we have to say on here and comes down on them! Bring Pizza Hut back!

I only recall one time that a pizza from this pizza hut was great.
Every other time since then, terrible. My every experience with this location involves some sort of screw-​up. One time, my pizza was accidentally taken by a delivery driver– but I ordered it as pick-​up. Most recently, my pizza was so burnt that I couldn’t even see the pepperoni.
Save yourself the trouble, don’t come here.

The only thing good about this place is that there is a Starbucks next door.
I used to order Pizza Hut all the time during finals when I was still in law school, out in Orange County. Out of nostalgia I decided to order 2 large, 1 topping pineapple pizzas for their 55^th anniversary special for $ 5.55 each — 1 pan crust and 1 hand tossed crust. I ordered it online the day before for a birthday party. When I got there they fucked up the order. I should’ve read Unilocal reviews, but I didn’t. Whoops.
When I got there the pizzas were both hand tossed. Cashier didn’t know it was wrong until I asked which pizza was which. Clearly disappointed I said, «Well that sucks!» He asked if I wanted to wait for them to make it right. I asked how long it would take and he couldn’t give me an answer. «We can make it though, it’s up to you. You’re the boss.» WORD? If I was the boss ya’ll would’ve gotten it right, Son. I didn’t want to get ignant. I just wanted to get the food to the party.
Since I have no basis of comparison, I will review their hand tossed pizza — crust is dry and not worth eating. The pizza itself is standard. Kind of hard to fuck up pineapple and cheese over sauce. If you want a pizza with real taste, go to Numero Uno. Hell, even Dominos is a better alternative, because at least when they screw up your order they comp the order. Customer service here is lacking.
