Pieology Pizzeria

Out of all of the customizable pizza place around Pieology is hands down the best. The staff are friendly and the quality of their ingredients is pretty constant. i think that they add new things to the menu, but I’m still waiting for them to come out with a kids size. Overall a great place to go for good quality pizza.

I get pizza from there pretty often. You get custom toppings and it’s pretty quick. The place is nice and clean, the service is awesome and the location is perfect!

The pizza is really good! I like that it’s a flat rate for whatever you want and they have lots of different toppings. I spent $ 11.34 for a pizza and a drink, and I will eat the pizza for lunch AND dinner so the value is great. The location is clean and there’s plenty of seating. Clean bathrooms, too. But the best thing here is the staff. I’m in town on business and I’ve been here twice, and both times I’ve had really friendly, energetic, fun guys making my pizza. Two different guys, both exceptionally nice, wish I had gotten their names. There’s no tip jar! These guys deserve some love so I’m writing a Unilocal review instead.

Could not ask for a better pizza or better service. We come here once a year while in town from Colorado. Fresh, healthy and custom! Bomb!

I don’t care how good you think your pizzas are, they are not worth $ 10 each for a personal pizza and this is not a family spot to go to unless you plan on dropping 100 bucks on pizza for a family of six.

I had the best service today! Raul was very nice and helpful very great service. Also Nathan was very nice with us. He was a very hard working man, making sure everyone was satisfied with their order. I would recommend coming here.

Disappointed! We ordered our pizzas and they gave them to someone else! We had to wait for them to make pizzas again. Just a simple «sorry» doesn’t cut it for an extra 20-​minutes wait…
At least the food wasn’t bad…

For $ 9.21 ($ 8.45 + $ 0.76 tax) you can get your own personalized pizza with unlimited toppings.
The reason why I give this place ³⁄₅ stars is because after 10 minutes, my pizza was so soggy. I’m not sure if this happens to all of them. my base was herb butter and marinara. I’m sure the pizza would have tasted much better if the crust was normal. I recommend you eat your pizza right away and don’t take out.
They offer white and whole wheat crusts, 11.5 inches in diameter. Many toppings to choose from. Service was fast and friendly. This place reminds me of PizzaRev. Free parking outside.

Pieology is great, you can customize your pizza however you want it, unlimited toppings, and it’s less than 10 bucks. A lot of people prefer pizza rev, but Pieology has a slightly thicker crust (still thin though), which I prefer.
Just a tip for people who haven’t been here before: you can get as many toppings as you want, but if you put too many on there, your pizza will be soggy and hard to eat. This is not their fault, it happens on every pizza too loaded down with toppings. 4 – 5 toppings should be the maximum you’re going with if you want to actually be able to differentiate flavors anyway. My personal favorite — red sauce and herb butter, mozzarella and gorgonzola cheese, with kalamata olives, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and basil. Tastes amazing!
Definitely give Pieology a try, it’s absolutely worth your time and money!

It’s an assembly line pizza place. Think subway but with pizza cooked in a stone oven. If you’ve been to blaze piazza, it’s the exact same.
Customizable pizza. One pizza comes out to be about $ 10. You can put as many tipping and meats on it as you like. However, beware that the dough may not hold and you may end up eating it with a knife and fork.
This location was very clean and the employees were nice so I’ll give it four stars.

Good customer service, and plenty of options. I love that it’s just one flat price and you can put whatever you want on it. I wish all pizza places were like this.
However, in a day & age where a new build your own personal pizza restaurant pops up seemingly every day, I feel like Pieology doesn’t stand out enough. I’d rather go to a Blaze or 800 Degrees. But that’s not a reflection of this particular location. I’ve had great experiences here. Just stating my opinion of Piology as a whole.

This place is amazing !!! I love, love, love their pizza. It’s like a subway for pizza. You walk in and pick your toppings and it takes a few min to bake. All ingredients are fresh. The pepperoni is very good. The staff is super friendly. I’ve been wanting to go back since Monday. Sooo soo soo good.

So this isn’t my first time coming to this location (can’t believe I haven’t done a review either: x). I love Pieology! Definitely a go-​to pizza place. I go to this location a lot but they recently just opened one at The Village in Topanga and I have yet to try that location. This place is located near Cal State University Northridge (CSUN).very convenient for college students. They have plenty of seating inside and parking as well. Very clean and employees are always friendly.
Think of Subway when ordering here. First you choose your dough (white, wheat or gluten-​free), then you choose your sauce, next are your cheeses and meat and lastly your choices of toppings (UNLIMITED – meaning you can put everything if you’d like). Then they put it in their oven and it’ll be ready in a couple minutes! If you get a drink, it’s refillable free of charge (which is awesome!)
Highly recommend this place if you’re craving pizza or if you’re in the area. Will definitely stopping by here again soon.

I’m hooked! I’m not even a «pizza person» and I can’t stop wanting to eat this stuff! I think the garlic butter has some crack in it. I love the concept and as others have described it as «Subway for pizza.»
Very true! I just asked for everything and extra cheese and I didn’t get a no for an answer! These people are pizza lovers and they understand that extra cheese never hurt anyone. Well, unless you are lactose intolerant like me. :/​which reminds me I have to take my pill! Adiós!

Pieology is just AMAZING and DELICIOUS!!! For $ 7.95 you can get make your own pizza. Honestly, it can’t be better than that because the power is in your hands. Trust me there are plenty of options to choose from.
You are able to choose between wheat, white, or gluten free crust. Then you can choose a variety of different sauces. After that you choose between different cheeses or can get them all. Next at this location they have you choose the veggies. Let me tell you that the jalapeños are really hot and good here (just beware). Then you choose different meats such as: bacon, chicken, buffalo sauce chicken, meatballs, sausage, and Ham.
After you select then it goes into the oven and it takes about 5 minutes or so. The location is kept very nice and the people are friendly from the person making the pizza to the cashier. Another plus is they have cool leftover boxes to take home the pizza you don’t eat.
I would give this location five stars, but there are better locations so I gave it a 4.

I have always went to their competition down the street, but stopped by today since I to see how the two compared. Pretty dead considering it was 5:30pm on a Sunday. As I was choosing my toppings I noticed something different that PizzaRev didn’t have, and that was corn! Never seen corn as a topping for pizza but I didn’t care cause I love corn. I also noticed that there are fewer selections of meat.
The pizza looked bigger and it was a little cheaper than PizzaRev’s The first problem with my pizza was that there wasn’t enough marinara. Second problem was with one particular topping that they had. DO NOT get the buffalo chicken, the taste was too overpowering and all I could taste was buffalo. Lastly I had only had my pizza for about 10 minutes and it was extremely soggy and it had trouble holding the toppings.

My second visit in about 7 months and I have to say, that they continue to be consist in the quality in their pizza. Thin crust and all the topping you want for $ 7.95.Build your own pizza.
Smart move on giving CSUN students a discount. It draws the students inn.
The location is in the heart of CSUN, so yes it does get busy around lunch time. So must be have patience if you plan on coming on a school day.
The store was well maintained and clean during my visit. As a customer just stay consist on your product and service. Great Job.

Completely-​customizable pizza, made with a smile!
Regular and whole wheat dough is available. Then you get to select from different kinds of sauces, cheese, vegetables and meat. Want everything on it? Your pizza will be redonkulously huge, but no problem!
Then your personal pizza goes into the oven to be flashed fired in less than 5 minutes.
The dough starts off a little thin and I thought that would be a problem, but it turned out that the crust was nice and crunchy and was just the right thickness. Actually the only problem I had was that stuff was starting to fall off because there were so many things on my pizza!
No matter how many ingredients you ask for, you pay a low, flat price of $ 7.95, which makes this a hard concept not to love!
