RIP OFF! $ 20 for two teas and one coffee! $ 12 for 4 shots of espresso! When the guy took our order i said 4 shots of espresso & he said that’s too much… Just bring me my coffee. Wont come back. iv never paid $ 12 for coffee.

Come in here all the time, especially when I need to get some homework done. Not only is the management spectacular and incredibly friendly, but they make everyone feel like family. Great hookahs, great service.

First time here. Came here after eating Ramen right next door. Came here with my girlfriend. We were the only people here. Yanelle was the person attending us. She is very sweet and know her hookah. We stayed here for about 2 hours playing go fish and war. Watched TV movies. Yam else came up to us every 15 minutes to change the rocks and to assure our experience was perfect. She did not charge us up front for hookah or drinks until we were all done. Love this place and will definitely come back again during the night.

Visited here after leaving kickin kasian. The hookah is great I watch the football game and it wasn’t Sunday. The Patriots won yes very patriotic. They have a wide variety of different hookahs you could choose from they have beverages you can buy. Is a lot of space on the couch radar decorations for pictures.
Interior for about 3 hours and got a big hookah lamp. It is blasted the entire three hours without being burnt Arash tasting quality hookah here the place is well maintained.
Highly recommend you come and check it out if you ever give me some food in the area or shopping

Awful enviornment, the hookahs are insanely harsh and they are always behind on coal service. The owner is rude and incompetent but their prices are fair.

I don’t smoke, but I go with friends often to enjoy their company. This place has one of the yuckiest atmospheres of anywhere I’ve been in LA. Just not a fan at all.

Great hospitality from the owners and the vibe of the place is just really awesome. I just came here with a friend of mines to study for my finals, and we’re really happy that we came here. Their price is is friendly so you wouldn’t have to worry about over spending for a set or two.

Came here on a sunday night around 7pm… it was empty bit still decided to stay. The server was nice. There is a hookah for minimum of two people.
The hookah was okay a bit harsh but I ordered the mint blueberry. Pretty cheap so can’t complain.

Been here for a week straight and I don’t know why it’s usually empty during the day when its happy hour. The owner is cool and I love his recommendations and its right next to the boba! People usually start to come in at midnight but happy hour is usually cheap which is from 2 – 7 pm 10.99 $! Other than that it’s 15 $. Come by and check this place out ! Btw love the music!

Under new management (about 4 months now). Service was very good, without being overbearing. The manager recommended a blend and it was very good. I read a few negative reviews prior to coming, but decided to give it a try anyway due to proximity — so glad we did! We will definitely come back and refer to others!

I came for the Boba next store, and stayed for the Hookah!
It was a birthday night and a group of coworkers were looking for things to do. We did not want to part ways early on this Monday night, so we decided to crash the Hookah lounge. Admittedly I was hesitant at first because all the house lights were on, and EVERYONE looked like regulars. Sitting there playing cards enjoying conversation, I definitely felt like an outsider.
The service however was awesome. We were treated super well, and just had 2 house mixes that lasted a solid 2 hours. Coals were checked often, and we were comfortable on the couch. I’m not a big fan of Hookah, but really did enjoy my night at Kief. The price was reasonable once we split it 8 ways, the smoke was good, the company was the best.
Would recommend if you’re looking for a low key place that isnt bumping some mind numbing music in the West LA area.

OVERALL:
It’s a very chill and relaxing place to smoke hookah at. It seems they have friends and relatives that go there too. If you going to smoke hookah by yourself than you should go to this one. If you are a student and want to study, this is also a good place too. But I’m not a student so it doesn’t apply to me.

This place is amazing! Love the ambience it’s so relaxing. Go here literally almost everyday! Been to a lot of lounges and the place was nice, but the hookah was meh. Never had that problem here. Karim, the owner, is so friendly it makes you want to come back. Come check it out you won’t regret it! Plus hookah happy hour is $ 10.99 during the week til 7pm! I love it!

This place was chill. Compared to other hookah joints in Northridge, it’s probably the best.
It seems more like a hang out spot for the regulars; I almost felt awkward being there and hookah-​ing on the side, but it wasn’t a huge deal.
The couches were comfy and they had a few TVs on, it was very relaxing and comfortable compared to other lounges I’ve been to.
The flavor was great! We got watermelon mint. I’m usually not a fan of mixing mint with any flavors but it was very good last night.
The only things I wasn’t pleased by was the lighting and their drink menu. I wished the lighting was a little darker and they only have bottled drinks. More options would be nice, but otherwise it was a chill spot!

The guy that works there, Mike, is really nice and checked up on us frequently.
The price is affordable and the hookah is great. I hate going to places that overcharge while their hookah is terrible!
They also have a good deal for happy hour! Check this place out!
They only have drinks in cans… so no refills. They offer items such as Starbucks Coffee, water, snapple, gatorade, things of the like. No food.
I will definitely be coming back.

I’m definitely a fan. I’ve gone a few times now, and I’ve never been disappointed. In fact, each visit to Kief exceeds the previous all the time.
You can’t beat the price during the day. I think it’s $ 8 before 6 PM, which is an awesome price. It gets more expensive (almost double) in the evenings, but try to go on Thursdays. They have free house mix refills, which are pretty good.
Service has been amazing every time I’ve gone. The younger staff are chill, and as long as you’re nice to them and respectful, they’ll return the favor. There’s an older gentleman, that’s super nice. He always gives great service.
It gets packed at nights, especially on special nights (like sports games), so I’ve seen them run out of seats. I tend to get there earlier, when it’s usually pretty empty.
Their tobacco is perfectly fine (Al Fakher and Starbuzz), and they’re really good at keeping an eye on your coals. Kief is definitely my go-​to hookah place in the Valley.
The only con that some might consider is that they have a hookah per 2 persons minimum. Not a big deal, IMO, unless you go with people that don’t smoke, but then… why are you going to Kief with them in the first place?
P. S. They allow boba from Bounce next door. Another reason I love Kief. Boba + Hookah = always a good time.
