Big Mama’s & Papa’s Pizzeria

Best restaurant I’ve visited. Recently, anywhere I’ve been going they either have bad customer service or bad food! Love the customer service, and food quality in here. I highly recommend you visit this restaurant. Family friendly environment.

I’m not so into pizza because I’m sick of the regular dominos and Pizza Hut etc. but my bf had taken my son here before and they loved it so I gave it a try. It was really good. Their pizza is far most the best I’ve had. I guess I shouldn’t compare it to the other pizza places because you just can’t. I personally loved it!
They also have so many other options if you don’t want pizza. I tried their buffalo wings, great as well. I’m defiantly going to come back again.
Service was great. The place is great although parking lot is small.

We ordered the garlic chicken pizza 18″… It was pretty good.

One more time made everything clear for myself. If you want pizza — get Big Mama’s pizza. 1000% the best pizza! If you are somewhere in Reseda or Northridge — this location is the best one to go. Fast service, convenient location and of course delicious pizza and hot wings!!! For sure 5star!

This place has the best pizza hands down!
Staff, extremely friendly. They have a huge variety of menu from pizzas to subs to spaghetti. something everybody would enjoy. I would highly recommend this place to anybody. Great place to dine in with family. Tony, the manager what a guy. Very professional, friendly and kind.

This place has some great pizza, not to mention a wide verity of pizzas from other countries and a vast menu from wings that not only look and taste exceptional and are always done crisp and to my liking, killer pasta also. Over all I have a fulfilling experience every time I’m their and a colorfully surroundings, very pleasant place to hangout and the staff is friendly though a bit short staffed at times but food quality never suffers nevertheless you get served in a predictably timely matter. They also show all my favorite sporting events from soccer to football. A satisfied costumer so far!

SERVICE IS ALWAYS ON POINT HERE– very friendly and welcoming !!! The pizzas are amazing … I will have to try a steak sandwich next time as it looks delish on the menu board outside.

Best pizza place I’ve honestly ever been to in this area. The pizzas aren’t the only things that are amazing here, the philly cheese steak sandwiches are to die for! I hope everyone gives this place a chance, you’ll be eating there every week. Great customer service too! The cashiers are super cool.

A total rip off!!! First we try ordering their mafia cake and we are informed that they don’t have it, so we go for the next best thing and order the deep dish. We then go pick up our order only to open up the box and find out it’s a regular crust pizza, I bring it to the employees attention and then he informs me that oh no this is their thick crust not deep dish like we ordered. Already frustrated I decide to just take the pizza and never return, ultimately I paid $ 30 for a regular medium pizza and some wings both of which are mediocre in taste. There are plenty of pizzerias in the valley where you get the most for your buck, I definitely do not recommend eating here.

First time being here. It’s OK.
I came here today to get a large pizza, a Coke and side of chicken tenders. The pizza was good, nothing special and everything else was how I expected it too be. The wait was about 30 mins.
Their menu is huge, a lot of different options you can choose from pasta, salads sandwiches and of course pizza. They also have a sink to wash your hands in the middle of the restaurant. Not sure why.
Overall, nothing special too say. I’d go here if I thought about it, but doubt that will happen a lot.

Great customer service. Food is awesome. Wifey and I have ordered delivery and take out and service has always been on point. Weve had bad experiences at other bmpp locations so we were excited to find one that doesn’t disappoint.

Staff here is super niceee & they all have a positive attitude. Very chill environment to sit and eat at any time of the day. Out of all locations in ŁĀ this one here beats it!!! Great food choices, and amazing service. Deffo recommend. They even have a ‘wash your hands’ area inside which is great. Quick and very friendly staff! Food was delish =}

I’ve always been a big mamas fan specially this restaurant is amazing… you should most definitely try the calzone it so well done it’s amazing my mouth is watering it when I start thinking about it

Called in a pick up order from here last week. The guy who answered the phone was great, really friendly and I didn’t have to repeat myself once. He got the entire order perfectly the first time, I love that!
I’ve been to a few other mama papas pizza so I’m already a fan of their food. Everything was cooked perfect and exactly what we wanted. Very good customer service.

My experience this first time is 5 star. I had a special circumstance and with every person on the crew at this store I got a positive «make the customer» happy attitude. For a middle school class party we got the #7 36″ pizza and a gluten free one. Both were well made, tasted great and arrived on time. Again delivered by a driver with a great happy attitude. He carried the BIG box in to the party smiling giving the presentation all the flare it needed to impress the kids and make the event more memorable. Thanks guys– well done!

As I entered I was told I’ll be right with you. I could see already there was only too employees there working. Mind it again its lunch time. In this Industry your busy times for lunch are 11 – 3 and dinner 5 – 8 pm. Always have enough staff or employees on the floor. Very important.
I ordered a Meatball Sandwich and it came with a salad and a drink. As I paid for my order the employee didn’t have any change, so he gave me $.95 cents in nickles. So I say to myself you just opened and you don’t have change for your customers.
To Management set your employees up for success, make sure they have enough change each and everyday. Don’t set them up for failure.
The meatball sandwich was smaller than subways and the salad Meh. The salad should also be in bit sizes and not in chunks. So had an issue with the Quality.
What really surprised me was they have a sink in the middle of the dining room to wash your hands in, not 1 but too. Really. Not sure why.
Personal Hygiene also very important and the 2 employees not presentable at all.

Blehhhh there is nothing special about this place, I’m sorry but I rather have Papa Johns over this pizza anyday. Is the pizza big, yes is it good, not really it’s okay! In addition, the guy told me it would be 15−20mins for one slice I was literally right across the street getting gas when I placed my order so I just drove over as soon as I was done and my slice was already ready? Why quote me a time when it was already made? Anyhow, I wouldn’t come here again, I wasn’t impressed!
