This was the very first Phở place that we tried and we were not disappointed. I usually order the Phở soup with chicken and the spring rolls with the peanut sauce. Very yummy. I also tried the rice noodles here and they were very tasty as well. Very big portions and pricing is very decent. Recommend it for sure.

I ordered a B10 To-go which is the combination rice noodle bowl. Little did I know combination meant hair in my food. Not only was there one long black hair… but TWO long black hairs. Thank you for ruining my lunch. I am so disgusted, this was my 1st and last time ever eating at this establishment.

Phở is really good; and they are open early —- I can have a bowl of soup for a «late breakfast» if I want. I love phở in the mornings when it’s cold outside. Everyone that I’ve brought here has not been disappointed with the phở, egg rolls, spring rolls, or the noodle bowls. Staff has always been friendly and attentive. Note: To reduce carbs or sugar — I replace the noodles with bean sprouts. If you ask, they will put steamed bean sprouts in the phở.(1 cup of bean sprouts = 0.7 g of carbs vs. 1 cup of phở noodles = 44 g of carbs) I’ve also asked them to roll spring rolls with no noodles and use bean sprouts instead.

This is my family’s favorite Phở! We try to go once a week. Mrs B is absolutely amazing! So nice and personable! The food is absolutely outstanding! Everything we have had, is great. We haven’t eaten everything on the menu yet. Though we will soon. Long time patrons, 2 – 3 years.

NEVERGOTHERE! First the waitress took a used bowl from our table and took it over to another couple to use. She just asked my bf to take his fork out of the bowl, so he did, and she walked it over to another couple. I don’t get why she didn’t just go grab the other couple a new bowl! Second the waitress sat all customers next to each other even though the restaurant was completely empty. People had to whisper to be able to have a conversation without everyone else hearing it.

I have always had a nice bowl of phở from here. The service is friendly and the front of the restaurant is always clean. Good flavorful broth with fresh veggies. I just keep coming back!

Good phở. Yummy egg rolls and spring rolls. Quick service. I couldn’t have asked for more really. The location was in a strip mall with plentiful parking and it wasn’t far from the airport.

We have been there couple of times, it’s not the most amazing food and usually the customer service is very plain. Yesterday, I went with my 6 year old daughter and I had the worst experience. The new and old servers were very rude, I had to remember the server to bring stuff that normally comes with the order while she was on her cel. Very disappointed, won’t go back the ever!

My favorite phở house in the entire metro area, bar none. I typically bring home bowls for my wife and I every Tuesday night. The flavor is vaguely sweet, always fresh. The basil, lime, and jalapeño slices are bountiful and crisp. The only thing I wish they added were packets of fish sauce in their to go, but that’s a very minor quibble. This place gets my highest recommendation for phở bowls.

Stopped in on a sunday evening which was not crowded at all. We were seated promptly and didn, t wait long for our order to be taken. The Phở was more bland than other phở restaurants we tried both in denver and CA. The Bun noodle bowl with grilled pork and egg rolls was very flavorful and enough for two people. Service was very friendly and staff, when not serving, would watch the customers and come to the table if they felt the customer needed something. I, d say that, s above average service compared to other phở restaurants. When asked they brought us some additional empty bowls for our kids to use. And, probably aware of peanut allergies, the waitress asked if I wanted peanuts or not with the Bun noodles. I made a mistake of over adding the bill(it was $ 10 too much) and the cashier quickly and politely pointed it out. Overall a good experience and would visit again.

Order a bowl of phở with raw steak on the side, instead of having it in my phở. When my phở came, I tasted the broth, turns out it was very plain, with no flavoring, the bean sprout and basil that came to accompany the phở, was either dead or leaning towards that way. When I ate my raw steak on the side, it tasted ok. So far so good I guess ??? Fast forward 14 hours, I started having the chills, fever, diarrhea, dehydration, severe headache. Turns out I got salmonella infection, bad beef that got left out too long and still being serve to customers? My family that ate there didn’t have the beef on the outside of their phở, so even if it was bad beef, the beef just need to reach 125 degrees to be safe to eat. So I’m pretty sure they leave their beef out for long period of time.

Best Phở we have had! Friendly and fast service. We eat here 1 – 2 times a week. Broth has the best flavor and they have a large verity of different Phở bowls. Large portions for a great price!

Stopped in since this was the only close place for phở. Left disappointed. The broth itself was bland and I ended up putting half the bottle of hoison sauce in it. Portion sizes are awfully small here. Got the medium here where in most phở places it would equal a small. The small size is a good portion size for children though, just not your average starving individual. Disappointed that as a phở restaurant, the only veggies served were just bean sprouts and thai basil and not normally the variety that other places offer since I usually load up with my veggies. Service was a little slow when it was not busy. Overall, there’s better phở places out there.

My wife and I popped in one day when we were in the area and unfortunately nothing really stood out for me at this phở joint. It was a decent bowl of phở, but that’s where it ended. The broth had a nice flavor and was piping hot, but lacked something that I couldn’t put my finger on. It was also lacking in the quantity of meat, and my wife’s bowl was missing her crispy beef fat. It came with the traditional veggie sides and they were fresh and crispy. The noodles were soft and cooked right. They didn’t have a traditional side that I was recently introduced to and they had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for it. I was a bit disappointed about that, but oh well. We also had the spring rolls and they were a little on the meh side for me. They were a bit tough and lacked flavor. The service was straight forward and got the job done. One thing that seemed a little odd to me was the tables and chairs in the restaurant. They seemed miniature and made me feel like a giant. If this was my only option for phở it wouldn’t be a horrible one, but I prefer other spots.

Absolutely delish! My teenage daughter is a fan of phở, and we’ve been to a couple of Vietnamese places in Thornton and Northglenn that left her wanting. Weak broth, dismal service, questionable hygiene. I can assure you, after our first visit to Phở 104 today, that they defy the norm for phở houses on this side of town. Is it on par with its popular neighbors in Broomfield? Pretty darned close! Phở 104 is tucked away in Northglenn Marketplace off 104th and I-25 in the spot formerly occupied by Le Peep. The familiar tables and chairs, as well as the windowed alcove in the center of the restaurant are still there, but that’s where the similarities stop. My daughter and I stopped in for lunch this afternoon; as there were only two other occupied tables in the restaurant, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. We were immediately greeted by a cheerful young girl who took us to a table and picked up our drink orders promptly(hot green tea for me, vanilla boba for my daughter — for full impact, you need to say«VANILLABOBA!» with a teenage squeal. :)) We pondered our choices — and there were many! — for a few minutes, then decided on the rare steak phở for me, shrimp phở for her, and an order of Vietnamese egg rolls to split. The menu is huge but very easy to understand. Within seconds of placing our food order, my hot tea and our egg rolls arrived. Do be aware, boba takes a few extra minutes to prepare, but we had it by the time our phở reached the table. The egg rolls were crispy, not greasy, and came with a delicious sweet and sour sauce as well as a platter dressed with cold noodles and pickled vegetables to nosh on. When our phở arrived, I decided to be brave and try a sip before grabbing the sriracha like I normally do. No need for the spicy stuff this time! The broth was well-seasoned and not over-salted. As my daughter put it, all it really needed was a spritz of lime to finish it off. We both got smalls which were well worth the price — plenty of soup! My beef was rare as expected but very tender, and my daughter’s shrimp was perfectly cooked. Our phở was accompanied by a well-stocked, heaping platter of jalapenos, lime slices, Thai basil and dandelion greens! We were brave and tried some of the greens — what a delicious surprise! I’ll definitely try that again. If you go in simply for a bowl of phở and hot tea, it won’t break the bank. However, adding on the boba and egg rolls — both of which were definitely worth the price — pushed our out of pocket to almost $ 30, which was a bit more than we had planned on spending. Still worth every penny, though. Phở 104 might be hard to notice unless you’re shopping at Northglenn Marketplace, but they’re worth the stop. It’s a nice change of pace from the typical fare that’s been part of this shopping center for years!
