I planned my wedding in about 12 weeks. I spent too much time in another chain store looking for my dress which was very frustrating. I went to Tesi’s and let her know how little time I had to find a dress and she said we will find you a dress and we did. Tesi is the owner and is hands on. She assigned Kayla who would work with me and she was wonderful. They paid attention to what I wanted and didn’t just try to sell me a dress. I found want I wanted and they were able to alter the dress to fit me perfectly. Her staff was amazing and very helpful, they took the stress out of finding a wedding dress and made it fun. The girls in the shop all helped me with my vial and accessories to complete my look. There is no need to go out of the area to look for a wedding dress. I would highly recommend Tesi bridal and formal. I would also like to thank them for making me look beautiful on my wedding day.

I have to say that this was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I have had shopping… ever. The only positive was that the saleswoman helping me was extremely nice and clearly trying very hard to help me find something. She wasn’t especially knowledgeable and I don’t feel that she was really listening to what I was saying, but she certainly had good intentions. That is basically where the positive experiences end. They clearly didn’t have what I was looking for and that is fine — I know I had a really specific idea of what I wanted and was OK with the fact that they didn’t really have that. However instead of the store just agreeing and us all going our separate ways, the owner came over and made the salesperson feel horrible and my guests and I feel super uncomfortable. The owner was clearly unhappy that the salesperson hadn’t made a sale and kept instructing her to pull more dresses and insist I try on this and that. I went along for a little bit, more because I didn’t want to cause a problem, but at this point even if I liked a dress(which I didn’t) I would have never bought anything there because of how uncomfortable they had made me feel and how the owner seemed to treat her employees. Once they saw that I wasn’t thrilled with any of the dresses, I felt that it turned into a really high pressure sales situation, where I had to finally be very stern about not wanting to try on anything else and wanting to leave — even though I had already said repeatedly that«I thought I was done», «I have to think about this all before making a decision, so I’ll let you know», etc. I definitely would not go back there and would recommend anyone planning to go there to look and see if they have any specific interest in the dresses before you go(I hadn’t really looked at the selection) because they will really pressure you into buying something.

I’m very conflicted writing this review. First, I had a very positive experience when I first came in. I came in with my mother, sister, and future mother-in-law. I tried on 10+ dresses and found one that I loved. It was a little tight in the chest, but Tesi said the store size was perfect for me and once properly altered, the chest will fit perfectly fine. Fast forwrad to one and one half months before my wedding — I come in for a fitting, the chest is way too small and they tell me that is how it is meant to look. Finally someone in the store has some sense and agreed it was way way way too low, so their idea was to add fabric along the neckline. I was disappointed this was the only way they could make it look okay — certainly not what they represented when I first tried it on — I came in a year before my wedding and certainly would have just ordered a larger size had I needed to. So, I come in for my final fitting(keeping in mind the alterations were $ 200+) and at the«final fitting» the fabric added to the neckline was uneven and not sewn into the dress. There were also 2 feet of fabric hanging in the back of the dress. Tesi was very apologetic, the seamstress was not. I wound up having to come in for 3 fittings in total — the last being 3 days before my wedding. Never did anyone offer to credit any $ back for the alterations. Oh, and when I first realized the dress was way too low and«properly altering» it was not actually going to change that, Tesi’s(very cute) 2 year old was running around, screaming, crying, and eventually running up on the stand I was on and grabbed by dress. I’m sorry but I don’t think a screaming 2 year old is appropriate for a wedding dress shop, particularly not grabbing at a strangers $ 2500 dress as she is in a panic. A lot of the staff were incredibly nice and genuinely tried to fix the very apparent problem with my dress.

I was very hesitant about going to any place to try on a wedding dress considering I was a plus size bride. I had an appointment to go up to NYC but because my mom couldn’t make it we decided to go to Tesi’s just to get an idea. I was pleasantly surprised. Krystal was my consultant and she was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. I tried on different dresses and found the«one». The alterations were also done there and they were amazing! Highly recommend. Thank you Tesi!

Ugh… unless you want to deal with bossy & snooty women then do NOT go here. Very pushy & didn’t pull any dresses that were close to the vintage look that I was going for. I was however able to place an order to try on my dream dress for $ 100 later to be used as store credit. Three weeks later still no phone call from Tesi. I called them and they didn’t seem to know the status of the order. The consultant later called my mother and was very snooty and rude. I’m so happy that the same day I tried on dresses at Tesi’s I also went to Wedding Belles. What an AMAZING experience. The consultant had pulled 7 dresses that were absolutely perfect. It was so difficult to decide on a dress because all of them were so stunning. Their prices were all under $ 2,000. If you are looking for excellent customer service & a more personal experience I strongly suggest that you visit WEDDINGBELLES!

This boutique is wonderful! I came last Friday and the owner, Tesi, helped me find the perfect wedding dress. She took a lot of time with me and we talked about my style and my vision for the wedding. Their selection of dresses is great too. Since I’m having a beach wedding, she steered me away from heavy, constricting satin dresses in favor of something more flowing and understated. I ended up getting a beautiful strapless dress from a Barcelonean designer, Pronovias. You can also come here for tuxedos, bridesmaids’ dresses, hairpieces, shoes, and anything else you might need. I felt so lucky to have found it. I know they are moving soon to Northfield, so look them up in their new location.

Cute little wedding boutique outside Atlantic City. I came here with my friend who is getting married for her dress fitting. She got a beautiful dress here. They had a rack of wedding dresses, all in around the $ 1000 to $ 1200 range. Warning: This place is chock-full of uglyass brides maid dresses. It’s kind of like prom when you wonder why some of the dresses were even created. Yeah. This place does have a nice selection of accessories. There are shoes, jewelry, hairpieces, etc. My friend had an appointment at 11 and was taken an hour late. While it wasn’t fully the store’s fault because the lady before her was taking her sweetass time, it still sucked to wait over an hour. Luckily one of the ladies working there was very nice and helped us look at earring and hairpieces to match her dress. I would just call ahead to see if they are running on schedule.
