Good general tso chicken food is done fast in ten minutes for take out its very clean better then most chinese take outs in the area

After reading all the great reviews, I drove from AC just to pick up food. Definitely worth the drive. In my opinion, this is currently the best Chinese food around.
I got the Hunan chicken, chicken lo mein and fried dumplings. Everything was extremely fresh and delicious. The lady who took my order and rang me up was very friendly, which is an added bonus. This will be my new go-​to Chinese spot, and the fact that I’m willing to drive almost 20 minutes speaks for itself.

Only two four top tables as TAKE OUT is the norm. Looked pretty clean… cleanest chinese restaurant I’ve ever seen. We ate IN, we started with vegetable lo mein you could tell it was made fresh and it was delish. I will order it again. Pizza rolls although not traditional Chinese restaurant fare, my son and his girlfriend said they were the best so we had those. They were delish, hard to put pizza sauce and cheese in an egg roll wrapper fry it and it not be awesome. Egg rolls were great, fresh as well. My son and I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken, it had a strong ketchup smell and flavor that we did not care for, but it was fresh and the rice was good. My son’s girlfriend had the Sesame Chicken… she said it was great! Although I will not order the General Tso’s again. I will for sure be back to try another dish. Clean, fresh and freindly!

Okay tried it 3 times. Very good quality. Extremely good value, very clean and super friendly. Recommend the pan fried won tons. I asked Jesse the nice lady up front for Young Chow style fried rice and they nailed it. We ate in two times and Jesse takes great care of you. Bookmark this place!

Best Chinese food in the area! Food is so fresh and tasty. Brown rice is cooked to perfection from start to finish everything we got was great! Staff is very friendly and place is clean too.

Pretty standard Chinese fare. Great portion sizes especially for the price.
What you’ll really appreciate is how accommodating and downright sweet the lady who takes and handles your order is. (Perhaps the owner?) it’s our go to Chinese restaurant. Only two tables so mostly takeout or free delivery.

The Northfield Garden serves absolutely wonderful food and the staff could not be any more pleasant. We miss them as Best Food in Town in Brigantine, but happy to drive to Northfield to enjoy their menu. Glad we found you!

5 stars for vegetarian options! Unlike most american Chinese food places, this one has many tofu options and everything they make with meat they also make in a vegetable version. I had to try this place when I found out they made General Tso’s tofu (as general Tso’s chicken was a favorite of mine when I used to eat meat) and it definitley delivered! Although it wasn’t crispy like normal general chicken (as expected since it is tofu) the sauce was the same and if not for the softness you could not tell a difference! We ordered a large veg fried rice, pt of vegetable Lo mein, 2 orders of veg spring rolls (very crispy and delicious), vegetable dumplings (amazing!!) a huge thing of mixed Chinese vegetables all for $ 30 and got 2 big things of white rice and a 2 liter soda (we opted for the iced tea instead) for free! And all in 10 minutes from when we called might I add: D Staff was super friendly and everything was delicous! I can’t wait to come back and try all the other tofu/​vegetarian options!

For your quintessential American Chinese food, this spot is super fast and very clean inside! The employees are very friendly which also should be noted. I haven’t gotten delivery, but every order I’ve called in for pick-​up is ready in 10 minutes! They’ve got great lunch specials from 11am-​3pm for $ 4.95-$ 5.45 for an entrée, rice and soup or eggroll. I love the Steamed Pork Dumplings, Hunan Chicken, Lo Mein, General Tso’s, Fried Rice, and Chicken with Asparagus. They also offer brown rice options which is great– do yourself a favor and order the Vegetable Fried Rice made with brown rice (for no extra charge!) While most Chinese take-​out spots serve oily and bland food, I really like the food at Northfield Garden and I think they’re a great addition to the area for locals.

Newly opened in Northfield in Spring of 2015, Northfield Garden is a welcome addition. Eat-​in restaurant obviously just renovated, bright airy and clean. Chinese-​American food is quite good, one of the best in the area. Great for take-​out or eat-​in. We got a large take-​out order, and the only minor issue was they forgot to include the sauce container for the Pork Egg Foo Young. Will definitely order from them again.

I found this menu in my mail last week. I decided to give them a call. Best decision I have ever made. The general chicken is so sweet with just the right amount of spice. The lo mein is to die for… Will definitely recommend to everyone.

I’ve been ordering delivery for the last few weeks. I have enjoyed the food. egg rolls are crispy and tasty. like forest gump said, I could eat about a million and a half a those… gen tsao’s shrimp tasty. wonton noodle soup satisfying. fast delivery. like ok I have had better Chinese (not in NF/​Linwood area). like compare this to Joe’s peking duck in Cherry Hill, Chulicious in Mt Laurel, Sang Kee noodle. those places make this look very bad. BUT for what I have had in the area, I am happy with this. I know I know. underhanded compliment. stroke and slap review. but I will order again. so money is money.

It is nice and clean. the they just open for couple weeks. the food is really good. I definitely will come back !!!
