Ed Keidat, operator of this business is a thief!!! My business partner and I went to him with this idea on November 16, 2012. He agreed to work with us as part owner and his contribution was to create the website and come up with a marketing plan. Instead he stole the idea and made it his own. I have documentation to prove this. Shame on us I suppose… not for being trusting but for not having an agreement in place when we approached him on the idea. He has zero experience in the alarm industry. So for those of you thinking on purchasing home security through him… think again. He has no license to sell or install home security either. Stick to selling pens Ed!!!
