I started going to Shermer Willow about 6 years ago as both of my parents had bringing their cars there for sometime. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Recently my Ford Explorer was in need of significant work and it wasn’t an easy fix. While Mike & Ryan originally had difficulty figuring out the problem (because they were sent the wrong part), they went above and beyond what was necessary to ultimately fix the problem.
I have no doubt that most other mechanics would have thrown their hands up and told me my car was not fixable. Instead, Mike & Ryan stuck with it and got it fixed. Both of my parents and I have been bringing our cars to Shermer Willow for several years and have been very satisfied with the work.
