Completely Rude.
Based on the couple positive reviews, I decided to give this place a call for an appointment. I have been a faithful customer of another salon for over 35 years, but thought I’d see if there was a better Salon to switch to. I asked a couple basic questions about the services offered, pricing, and appointment availability.
The gentleman who answered the phone was cold and extremely abrupt — and then HUNG UP ON ME! Very odd. One would think when a potential new customer calls, they would sound thrilled and welcoming, but apparently they don’t need more business.
Oh well.

i had anna do my highlights and haircut in nov. 2012 at salon lupo in northbrook. she did a wonderful job. i got alot of compliments on my highlights from co-workers, and actually one of my co=workers ended up going there for highlights. i forgot to do a review at that time, but i wanted to make sure others know that this salon and its workers are great. even though i had a coupon the first time i went i am going back.
