Avoid at all costs. This is an amateur distributor operation. They received my return 2 weeks ago and have not issued a refund — despite issuing a return authorization. They authorized me to ship my return, kept the part, and kept my money — $ 120 dollars down the drain. I have been calling for 2 weeks straight and the phone just goes to google voicemail. These guys are thieves and amateurs at operating a business.

Terrible company. Bought a part, they promptly sent the incorrect part, and after speaking to a rep they said theyd call back in ten minutes. 3 hours later i called back to no answer and every day for three weeks after to no answer. Dont do business with this company.

Not very much positive can be said about this joke of a company. They pretend to be some large entity split into seven different companies to accommodate the customer. In reality, they’re just an online reseller run by one or two people that hope they never have to deal with you personally. So if you do order something, you’d better pray it arrives correct. I was sent a wrong part due to their incorrect labeling of part numbers. After leaving a message for ‘Jim’ on the Moto Hub extension and waiting nearly three days for a response, I started calling over and over throughout the third day before he finally answered his phone. We discussed the issue and he agreed to take the part back and switch it for the correct one. So I got the pleasure of paying $ 14 dollars to ship the part back, which I did immediately to expedite the process as quickly as possible. I also paid for tracking and insurance. This took place on a Tuesday. Jim received my part on Friday, according to the tracking information. My hopes that he would get my correct part in the mail immediately were dashed when he called me the following Friday and left me a voice mail claiming he had just received the part and was ready to send out the correct part. However, he was confused since the part number I was requesting was just what I sent back. This voice mail confirmed that I had ordered the correct part and they simply shipped the wrong one due to their incorrect part numbers. I also hate being lied to when incompetent employees can’t do their job in a timely manner. I replied to the call less than 10 minutes after receiving the voice mail, but naturally Jim didn’t bother to check his messages for the rest of the day. Or the next. Or the next. Four days later he called me back to hash out the mix up with the part numbers. Oh, and to ask me for my credit card so he can bill me $ 14 dollars to ship my new part to me. That’s right, now I get to be $ 28 dollars upside down to this inept company. Sick and tired of dealing with him, I agreed to pay it since I had no other choice. Seven days passed with no delivery. On the 8th day, I called the company again. Naturally Jim wouldn’t answer his phone. I had wondered why there were no other extensions to speak to. No supervisors, or HR people. The message system simply allows you to choose one of the seven ‘Hub’ branches. So for fun, I dialed each branch’s extension to see if anyone would pick up the phone. All seven branches empty into Jim’s voice mail. Apparently he’s the only guy running the show. On the 9th day I sent a nasty email to Jim demanding to know where my part was. My reply came four hours later via autoreply from stating my package had just been sent out. Lovely. And to top it off, the following day I got an email from Jim stating the package was shipped off the day we spoke on the phone, and he wasn’t sure what was taking so long. Apparently he didn’t realize or forgot sends out their own email detailing shipping information to the customers. So very long story, but justified with my 1 star rating. Incompetent liar of an employee running the entire show. Or maybe he’s the owner and has no sense of urgency. Either way, I wouldn’t deal with them again. And a bonus!(bit of a computer nerd) I’ve found the company uses malicious tracking cookies on their website. Give it a try for yourself. Browse the site, check out a few items, then close the window and clear your cookies… or even use an internet history scrubber. The next time you visit it will show everything you viewed the last time you were there. Even if the website shows it has no record of you ever viewing the site previously.
