Beautiful McDonalds. Horrible service.

This is honestly one of the best McDonald’s restaurants I’ve ever been to, the girls working here are friendly and good at what they do. Rare for a fast food joint, the actually will treat you like a regular and remember your order!!! What McDonald’s does that! Eva in particular deserves mention for making customers feel welcome. McDonald’s you have a real asset in her, take notice!
Place is clean and food is always nice and hot!

Rude staff. They never listen to anything especially the Manager Jamie.

Dirty restrooms, rude management, and something really funky about the ketchup dispenser. Manager sent someone over to «look» at the ketchup which was «broken» off color and terrible tasting. Instead of disconnecting it and cleaning it out he just fiddled with something under the counter and walked away. The manager proclaimed it was «fixed». A customer next to me told me the ketchup on the left side (the same problem dispenser) was orange two weeks prior. No wonder I had a bunch of construction guys lined up behind me at the ketchup dispenser on the right… the only one with edible contents. Really gross McDonalds!

This is my McDonald’s. It’s the one by my house. It’s the one I’ve gone to for all these years to get my kids their Happy Meals… until the guilt got the best of me, and now we only settle for the occasional milk shake and of course the $ 1 giant drinks (love those).
The other thing I love here is their coffee. It’s good when it’s fresh, and even better when it’s free. If you didn’t know, they have a promotion taking place right now where you can get a free small morning cup through September 29^th. You can bet I was there this morning and will be as much as possible throughout the promotion.
Also, if you didn’t know, this is a really great place to work. It’s pretty quiet, the Internet rocks, and you can spread out in a booth and everyone will pretty much leave you alone. It’s clean here, the temperature is pretty good, so why not?
As far as the other reviews… it’s McDonald’s folks. But, I totally agree with Graham D about the shamrock shakes on St. Patrick’s Day! That must have been a most serious bummer!
Service is what I would expect, though there has been the occasional mishap or forgotten french fry order.
But again, back to that morning cup of coffee… it’s free!

Ok i have a issue when you place your order, which is just a chicken wrap and you have to repeat it four times because the worker at the counter has a problem understanding ENGLISH!!! W T F MCDONALDS ??? I Guess you dont have to speak any ENGLISH TO WORK AT THIS FAST FOOD CHAIN.

The 24 hr drive thru light was on and nobody was responding. I saw someone there. Then finally I called and she said it’s closed. I tried to ask why the sign said 24 hours and of course she couldn’t even understand me and hung up on me

How can you not have shamrock shakes ready on St Patricks Day! 1 star definitely earned for Today! If you bring back a beverage that is that expensive for a particular season and holiday then there is only one day that you actually have to have that beverage available and that’s on that holiday epic fail
