The Shake and Bake chicken wrap is fantastic. Homemade giardinara is perfectly crunchy and the bbq sauce adds the right amount of sweetness. And the Freshi Fries (spicy aioli and bacon) are also great. A food truck winner.

We managed to run into this truck at the Arlington food truck festival day. Horse racing and food trucks made for a great outing. This truck is brightly colored and easy to find.
I ordered the avocado chicken wrap. Quite a bit of food for $ 6. Avocado, chicken, bacon, cheese, and probably a few other things. All the good stuff. We also ordered some «freshi fries» which is basically fries, cheese, bacon and some sort of spicy aioli. It was delicious.
The guy that took our order was really nice and remembered each of our names so that he would call them out when our order was ready. Yes, I know they have the names on the ticket but he honestly pointed people out to tell them their food was done.
My only complaint is that there seemed to be some confusion in the ordering/​receiving process. Additionally, my chicken was a little dry. The sauce in the wrap made up for it, maybe a little more sauce next time to equal out the dryness.

Not a huge fan of the food — a bit salty, small portion size for the price, texture could be better, and the flavors weren’t great for me. The concept of each item should focus on the «freshness» of the main meats and vegetables instead of the sauces and condiments.
