Excellent service and reasonable rates! I brought my steeple clock here for repair and David was able to fix what turned out to be a minor problem on the spot. It’s not often you find a business so dedicated to customer service. I highly recommend Clockfolk!

After many years of giving Chelsea clocks as gifts, I decided to celebrate ME and buy one for myself. After checking many web sites for models and prices I stopped in at Clockfolk since they are in the next town to where I live. They showed me the different models and styles along with the prices, which I found were the lowest I had seen. Wrap it up!
After many. many months, the second hand stopped working, so I brought it back for them to check, left it off and a day later received a call saying everything was all set, a minor adjustment. They never asked how long ago I purchased the clock and told me that they actually extend the factory warranty themselves. Very, very friendly, knowledgeable brothers own the shop and are extremely accommodating. If you’re looking for a gift for that special occasion, give these folks a try.
