I was quite disappointed with my experience with Custom Stitch. I had the staff here stitch a monogram into an item and it didn’t come out well at all. You could barely see the letters! I wouldn’t recommend this place

I just used Custom Stitch to hem 3 pairs of Jeans, 1 pair of suit pants, and to shorten the sleeves on 4 Suit Jackets which involved removing 4 Sleeve Buttons and the Sewn Button Holes, Hemming the Sleeves and then Re-​sewing the Button Holes and Buttons and they did such a «FANTASTIC JOB» that you can’t even tell any tailoring was done… very Impressive!
I will definitely be using them to do all my tailoring from know on. Very Fair pricing as well and I had the privilege of meeting both sister owners who were both very friendly and a delight to work with.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was so very upset when I left this place after picking up my bridesmaid dress. Abbey Bridal (Andover) recommended this seamstress and as for my opinion she is not good in altering bridal dresses. She sews on bra pads where it is visible. I’ve never seen a seamstress do that on a very nice and expensive bridesmaid dresses before. It is so tacky! She even said she doesn’t know how to sew the paddings in between the materials. The job she did is what I would have done if I didn’t have the money to have a professional to do it. It was unbelievable!
