Good team of guys. I gave them a very difficult job to do. Full of problems. You gauge people by how they handle when things go wrong, not by how they are when things go right. They never lost their cool, they stayed on it and ultimately finished. Never once was there mention of change order or upcharges because of the problems they faced.
