Whataburger

When arriving at the drivethru the order taker was friendly and very professional manner. But they where running a 6 – 9 minutes orders. I personnel sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes.

0 stars 3^rd shift never even does the drive thru this is not 1 but the 3^rd time no one answers the speaker or even walks up to the drive thru

not the best when getting the orders correct. French fries are not what I ordered but onions rings. Got fries. Too confusing?

I have a huge beef with this place as of tonight.
My issue is with either corporate or management here.
There was one person that we could see running her ass off in this store when
we pulled up.
One.
My food was awful– cold and hard. No salt on the fries. The batter
of our chicken tenders was so hard it was tearing up the inside of our
mouths.
The line was long and the wait was kind of ridiculous.
But really– how the hell can I be mad?
This one poor employee has all my sympathy.
We saw her running her tail off trying her hardest to keep it all together.
I’m sure she was cussed out and treated like dirt by other customers tonight
I really feel horrible for her.
Either Whataburger treats their employees like shit or someone in management cares too much about labor costs.

Its the smallest restaurant from the chain I ever been to so far. Its actually surprising that so many college students/​teens work here and yet the food was delicious.
Right outside they compete with Dairy Queen and there’s about more people there and I don’t even like to eat at DQ.
Sticky tables when I got there though…

Texas fast food.
Service was quick and friendly.
Jalapeño burger was ordered with fries. Burger was large lots of produce. Seasoning was okay. Enough jalapeños. Bun was okay. Fries were not crispy. A bit soggy.
Okay food and experience overall.

I do love Whataburger, and have visited this location several times over the past 6 months and never had any real issues. Unfortunately, they seem to have gone downhill over the past two months. My last visit, about 3 weeks ago was the first bad experience, though I will say that it was during the lunch rush, so I will overlook that day. I stopped in last night and it was not busy. First, I was not welcomed when I walked in, no problem there, second, I placed my order at 10:27 p.m. and it took 10 minutes to get my food. I even saw it put out and had to walk up with my table tent (number), and even with me standing at the counter, showing my number, it was another couple of minutes before anyone took notice. I ordered the bacon cheese Whataburger meal. The fries were warm and the burger was cold. Tried to get the attention of a staff member and she just ignored me. The shift manager was running around behind the counter, and even though I waved, he never acknowledge me either. The GM, Robert Strickland needs to either clean house, or take the reins and get this location back up to the standards loyal Whataburger customers expect. Your customers are your business. 1 ½ stars. What a shame, this used to be a great location.

I have never once had a good experience at this location.
I love Whataburgers chicken tender basket. 3 different visits I ordered the same as usual, 3 chicken strips, fries, gravy, texas toast, and drink. Each time tenders were cold and disgusting. Finally I decided to ask them to cook the tenders fresh and I would wait without any problem. Waited 15mins when they said 7mins and my food was still cold. Went back to speak with manager who sould be in charge of fixing a bad meal but instead he threw my money in my face and told me to «Never come back!» No problem sir! This is the WORST Whataburger ever. If your in the area of this location take the extra 5−10min drive and go to the location on Davis Blvd. At least there the staff is friendly and the product is good!!!

A decent burger… nothing very memorable about it though.

I tried Whataburger for the 3^rd time tonight. Third time’s a charm, right? Wrong! Still not good. Overpriced and way overrated. :/

Meh. Undercooked, white, flaccid, french fries. When I received my Coke, and noticed it was flat; I mentioned this to the drive-​through attendant and they responded, «oh yeah, our carbonation isn’t working.» I wasn’t happy that they knew it wasn’t working and would try to serve it to me anyway!
Not a good experience and so I will not be returning to this location.

One of the better WHATABURGERS around!
I had the Taquito this morning & it was excellent!
The fries were perfect!
