This is the closest chipotle to me, but I’d rather drive a little further to the other location simply bc ONE of their staff member is rude!!! Not only to the customers but other employees there as well. Wish I would’ve gotten her name. She’s older, not sure if she’s a manager or not but I don’t care! If you want to correct something an employee’s doing wrong, do it professionally. Don’t talk to them in a degrading matter, roll your eyes and shake your head INFRONT of customers! Not professional at all! Doesn’t even say hello or anything to the customers, just«what are you having?» With this attitude like you’re inconveniencing her. Really?! The WHOLE time just had this negative vibe. Made both me and my sister uncomfortable. Do I expect you to be «happy go lucky» the whole time? No! But at least pretend to like your job even just a little. Geez! And usually when I go into chipotles and I ask for a little more meat, they do it no problem. But at this location and with this lady, it was like asking for her bank account info. Our bowls BARELY had any meat and when asked for a bit more, she, with an attitude, «do you wanna make it double meat?» Um, no! I wanted a single serving, a FULL single serving. I’m not paying for double the meat when in reality, it’d just add up to 1! Bc of your rudeness to the customers, but more importantly your COLLEAGUES! I will NEVER come back to this location. bye Felicia!

The best chipotle ever. There’s usually not a line and it is very clean. I occasionally order online just to save a little time. One time, I picked up my order much later than planned and the manager insisted on making a new one so that it would be fresh! Everyone is very happy to be there and happy to help. Great staff! The location is a little tough to get to because it is on the corner of a highway, but worth the trouble!

Went at about 3:15 on a Saturday, every single type of food in my bowl was stale/old. The steak was dry, the corn and peppers were lacking flavor, the lettuce wasn’t crisp. I’m not a picky eater and I’m definitely not one to complain, but you go to Chipotle because it’s consistent and usually freaking amazing! Seriously disappointed :(I understand I went in between meal times I guess, but it was definitely busy enough to where they should’ve had fresher food.

I have no idea why we bother making online orders. It’s never ready at the pickup time. Only when we walk through the door do they bother starting to make it.

This may be the fastest moving line at a chipotle I’ve ever visited. Or, it may just be that I’m so used to how slow the line is at the Denton highway store, either way my experience here was a breath of fresh air. Counter service was quick and friendly. The tortilla guy actually made personable conversation with us. The staff had a light and easy rapport with each other, usually a sign of good management. The dining room was small but offered a variety of seating options. We sat outside on the patio, which was nicely landscaped, if a bit loud with highway traffic noise. Our food was on par with Chipotle’s typical high standard of fresh and delicious. I saw some other very negative reviews of this store, and am mystified as to how it could have been that bad. Maybe those reviewers came on a bad day or management has changed. I have nothing but good things to say about this chipotle. Overall a very nice energy in one of our favorite fast food places. We’ll be back!

I was really excited when this location opened up as I love the food. However every time I go they are always out of something. The forget to give you chips, they are out of chips, they haven’t had carnitas is forever. I feel like they already have a limited menu compared to other fast food Mexican places and then to be out of something all the time is a pain in the ass. Fuzzy’s is a mile up the street and more reliable.

I love the burritos here! They’re portions are always generous, the staff is friendly, and it’s usually pretty clean except for during lunch hour when they’re busy

I’ve read other reviews about this location, and I’ve had great experiences every time I’ve visited. They give you heaping portions of food, and that’s always a plus in my book. The staff is friendly, and have gotten things done quickly. They always make sure everything is correct before I get to the cashier. I wish that they would pick up the trash towards the entrance. This location seems smaller than normal, because the layout is different. Also, It’s kind of a pain to get to. I always feel like I’m driving around the building to get to the front door.

This location is filthy. The drink station was dirty. They were out of forks and the trash cans were over flowing. All the tables had food scraps on them. Asked for a fork and it took the staff 10 minutes to get someone to find forks even though there were 5 employees just hanging around the kitchen…

I’m sure the food will be good as I haven’t left the parking lot yet, but the service was terrible. There were about 15 people in line and they couldn’t keep the food in stock, starred filling an online order in the middle of my families order. We had to keep an eye on our order because they kept putting the online order in with ours. Very disorganized, very rude when we called their attention to the fact they were messing up our order and told the cashier we had guacamole when we didn’t. Will not be visiting this location again!

Of all the«burrito» places such as Chipotle, Qdoba, and Freebirds… Chipotle is still the best. Their ingredients are always fresh and the fact that they broke away from McDonald’s is baller. For those of y’all who didn’t know, Chipotle was a subsidiary of McDonald’s starting… oh, back in 1999. This helped Chipotle to grow fast, but after a while, Chipotle’s execs didn’t agree with McDonald’s view on fresh, organic, and local food choices. They made a bold move and somehow became their own company. Sometimes I hear people say things like, «I wish I could buy into the Chipotle franchise so I can get free burritos.» Please don’t find yourself saying something this dumb. Not every company is a franchise. Plus, to spend $ 1million+ just to get free burritos… you don’t deserve to own a franchise anyways with that $$ sense. This location has some great architecture and modern layout. However the tables are never clean when I visit. Always some remnants of other people’s left over rice pieces strewn everywhere.

Great location. A typical Chipolte, meaning there is a great consistency with their food and smooth service. I’ve become a big fan of the tofu burrito.

Bad service. We arrived around 9:15PM. They were out of brown rice and chicken. Employee said they wouldn’t be making more chicken because by the time it was done it would be time to close. Since when does it take 45 min to grill some chicken? Employees weren’t too attentive. We stood at the register for a couple of minutes before an employee came up to ring us up. As we were eating our meal a customer walks in and complained about them not having any chicken. She escalated the situation and BAM! Chicken is on the grill! I would understand if they ran out of chicken for the day, but don’t refuse to sell us a product you have in stock for the simple fact you didn’t want to make more chicken. On a side note: the chicken was done and served before closing time, 10PM.

Wow this location is AMAZING! The set up/décor is very modernized. The staff are superrrrr friendly as well. They gave me great portion sized amounts of ingredients I wanted. The only downside is the entering and exiting of the location just because it’s at the corner of a busy intersection/highway… other than that, this place gets 5 stars :)

Worst service I’ve ever received at a chipotle. Came in at 9:20 — 40 min before closing. One of the employees began to loudly complain about people coming in «pre-closing». Another employee was running to the back to pull out ingredients for the person in front /items they had already put up. The same girl then started complaining about another employee going on break before her — this is 5⁄10 min waiting to be attended(we were the next in line). We saw that several ingredients were out — only brown rice that looked dry & overheated(we wanted white) — inquired & they said«no, we’re out». We left.

Great addition to this area. This location just opened recently and they’re still trying to work out some kinks it seems(had to ask for the side dishes that came with my kid’s meal), but no harm done. The building itself is beautiful, inside and out — great construction and décor.
