I love this tanning salon! I don’t know why it doesn’t have a hire rating– with very limited options around the area for tanning (and with most of the other places having run down décor– weak beds etc) this place is like a five star steak restaurant in the world of tanning. It’s very, very clean! The beds are strong! And the girls working are usually incredibly friendly and helpful. I try not to make a habit of tanning so I don’t get packages (so I can’t comment on how the packages work) I usually just purchase single visits (and yes it can get pricey for the higher beds– but that makes sense)
I went twice in the cayenne bed and i got great color!
I definitely recommend this place!

Have been going here for about a month and a half and i love it! its very clean, most of the staff are extremely polite. The only thing is that recently some of the beds are not available at the moment, i think they are either fixing or replacing them, not sure. But overall a nice place and great packages to start your tanning experience!

The facilities are okay, I’ve been in cleaner and nicer but I’ve also been in much dirtier. The beds, booths and mystic tan are all about par, nothing awesome but nothing too trashy.
My real beef with this place is their total lack of customer service. I signed up for their «monthly club» whatever thing where they automatically take $ 40/​mo out of your bank account and in return you get good discounts when you tan. I used this for a couple of months to get ready for being a bridesmaid in a wedding but after that I stopped going because I moved out of the area.
Nine months later, I realized «oh hey, I need to cancel this thing I never use» When I called, I expected a friendly person to say «oh my goodness, no you haven’t used this service in 9+ months, I’m so sorry we have been taking your money! Yes of course I will stop this immediately!» But instead I got «okay ma’am you will have to come down here and file a request manually, it will take 30 days to process.» When I explained I don’t use the service at all and I would like more immediate attention, the response was «well you should have used the service more.» When I explained to them that they have basically been getting a free $ 40 for 9 months at no cost to them and all I was asking for was for them to stop taking my money and that there was no way I was giving them one more month or coming all the way down there in person to stop them from taking my free money, well all I can say is that they didn’t agree with me. They decided to keep taking my free money and now I’m filing a claim against them with both my bank and the bbb.

The Princess recieves her supplemental Ultra-​violet here. She seems to agree with the price and atmosphere, I sat down on the couch as she fried her melanin and I just felt dirty being there. 3 stars from my 2 cents as she seems to keep returning.
