Worst service we had in all of palm beach. Totally terrible experience and it’s a shame because this bar is in a great location. Rude bartenders and servers. John taffer here is a bar rescue for you! Watching the bartenders work was Terrible after one bartender made about 10 cruzan rum buckets filled nearly to the top with liquor she realized she used to wrong liquors, instead of pouring them out and starting over she put cranberry on top then more liquor disgusting no one wants a drink like that! Gross. Hopefully the management hires new staff we won’t be coming back

Place was awesome but now closed for good! Very sad. When it was open this was the best place to spend a lazy Sunday just relaxing in the sand having some drinks and food. Could even take the water taxi or dock your boat. This place will truly be missed.

This was my first time here. I just recently moved to the Jupiter area, but I thought I would travel a little bit and explore. I’m glad I decided to come here. Unfortunately, I found out that this place is CLOSING in about two weeks! I think the date is scheduled for the 17th. I was here last night(Saturday night) around 9pm and there was about 50 people there which was nice. It wasn’t crowded, there was plenty of walking space, there’s two bars, a couple fire places with patio lounge chairs around them, a big screen projector(like the movie theater but not as big), and a few drinking games. I decided to sit at the second bar which is located straight back closest to the water. Both bartenders were very nice and very genuine. The music wasn’t loud and played some good songs. The drinks were delicious, everyone at the bar was friendly, and the prices were fair. I didn’t eat there as I ate before going, but from what I saw other people order, it looked like quite the stomachful! Around 11pm this place doubled with people but everything was still laid back and fun. I plan on going back today for their $ 3 «Sailor Sundays» and I might just order some food so I’ll have to check back in! Overall, this place was very calm and relaxed. It’s an ideal place to grab a drink after work or if you just want to have a cool night with friends/family. Keep in mind though, this isn’t the ideal place to «rage» and get crazy. I will be back to this place as much as I can before it closes and you should too!

If there was a zero star I’d click on it. If you want bad food, provided by equally bad service, sitting in lawn chairs on tables like your college«Wire spool» cocktail table, then come here. I can’t wait until they bulldoze this dinosaur

This place has a really sweet set-up. Sand, water, games, fire pits, picnic tables and tiki bars with buckets of fruity girly drinks.,. It feels like a party for sure. I actually really liked the food but the service was slow and our waitress seemed in a constant state of confusion. The only downfalls of our visit were the fact that there were a lot of kids there(maybe we were just sensitive to them because we were a group of teachers on mid-winter break and the last thing we wanted to see was children…) and also they should proooobably have cut off a few people who had a few too many buckets because things got old people crazy

Happened to stumble upon this place as I was staying a couple of miles down the road and wanted to try a place with a few less«snowbirds» [old people that come down from places with cold weather] than usual. Might have been my favorite establishment I’ve visited in my travels. Had a couple of «rum buckets» before I decided to stroll down to the fire pit area. A few sips in and I felt like I was in a Jimmy Buffet music video — may have been due to «Shiftwork» playing in the background [memory is a little fuzzy from that night]. I cannot recommend these concoctions enough — they really pack a punch. Can’t really speak for the food however — I «blacked out» after my fifth bucket and my only recollection of anything food-wise was ordering a lobster and dropping it in the fire. May have thrown up in the neighboring waterway as well, and tried to dance with a middle-aged lady before her husband punched me. Definitely going to go back and try the food, but not before a few more of those rum buckets. High marks all around!

Cruzan is one of those places that transports you to kitschy old Florida without having to make the drive to Key West. On my most recent visit, I was surprised to see that the space had been remodeled with picnic tables and some more concrete areas where patrons can congregate. The new layout and décor made the place more enjoyable, but maintained the«Florida» feel that so many who patronize Cruzan enjoy. As a personal preference, I love to come to Cruzan on Sundays about 1pm because crowds have not gathered and one can find a space and claim it for the day. This is aided by the fact that everyone at the bar, from patrons to restaurant staff, assumes a live-let-live approach, so no one bothers anyone. On my most recent visit, I sat at the bar with a buddy for 5 hours, and people engaged us in friendly manner, but mostly left us to have our conversation. The food is also not bad, as it comes from Panama Hattie’s next door. I have eaten various plates, and all the food is satisfying bar food. In the end, whether it is on a Sunday or after work with friends, Cruzan is the place to relax and disconnect.

I love this bar. Other than being a cheesy Toby Keith song it reins true for the Rum Bar. Although it takes awhile to get your food, the drinks are quick and the music is always great. I just went here a couple of weeks ago with some friends, and it felt like a bon-fire on the beach. This is the kinda of place Florida should have more of. Go, Kick Back, and enjoy the best things Florida has to offer. Going back this weekend!

I want this place to be my back yard! Just so chill and fun. Fire pits, sugar sand throughout, and several cool places to sit and just enjoy one of their bucket beverages. The prices are a bit on the more expensive side, but you pay for the ambiance.

Love, love, love this bar. I am a beach girl through and though, so any kinda bar that makes me feel like I am sitting on the beach is going to be a fav! This is a great bar to hang out with friends. All outdoors and right on a waterway, so every so often, you can see a bridge open to let a sailboat through. There are two bars with stools and a large area that is sand with beach chairs and tables. There are fire pits and bar games spread around, picnic tables and lots of umbrellas. This is a take your shoes off and relax kinda bar. We tried the tuna taco appetizer and it was delicious! I had rum punch, also very good and my husband had a beer. They had a decent menu and lots of drink choices. Wish I could have stayed longer, but we had dinner plans!

This is just a fun place to have a drink and hang out around a camp fire. Bring some friends and relax. We often bring some out-of-town guests here because it gives them a taste of Florida. There are all age groups here so everyone fits in. There are picnic tables in the sand, and it’s all outdoors, perfect for Sunny Florida! On the downside: Typical of a hang-out bar, the tables are sticky from spilled drinks, and it may not be easy to walk through the sand. The bars can get very crowded. I will continue to bring friends here because the atmosphere is so cool.

Perfect Pig Place — It’s the perfect place to stop by via boat or car. Righ of the boat we came in bath suits, cover ups and flip flops. This is the first time we tried the Sunday Pig Roast, which starts at 4pm. You can’t beat the $ 10.99 price tag that included Spicy Cole Slaw, Chessy Mac&Cheese, Yummy Yeast Rolls, corn on the cob, black beans and rice, plantations and even fried pig skin. I was little scared to try the pig skin since I’m not a fan but everyone else seemed to enjoy them. The best part is the bartenders at the Tiki. Ask for Randy & Lisa. The only downside is that they make you wear a bracelet like you’re at some downtown club or a 3 year old at Chuckie Cheese, which personally I found annoying. Also, if it weren’t for going to the bar itself and having Lisa & Randy help us, no one every came to our table to ask us if we’d like a drink or if they could help us. So sit at the Bar and try the Pig Roast!

Sooooo much potential, it kills me. The place is gorgeous– right on the water, with multiple bars, sand, and a few firepits. They had a choice of comfortable picnic tables, more traditional bar tables, and comfortable wood chairs to sit in. We went for their«pig roast», which is a $ 10 buffet with mac & cheese, beans, rice, etc. They all opted for the pig roast, but I just ordered a flatbread off the normal menu. Our server was okay– she was friendly, but also went MIA for awhile. The servers all seemed incredibly disorganized. We saw a guy bring out french fries from the kitchen. He circled around the tables for about 15 minutes, alternating between staring at people to see if they expected fries to come, and asking tables«did you order some fries?» He couldn’t find the table, and went back into the kitchen. A different guy came out with the same fries and repeated. We were cracking up at our table, so it certainly provided us amusement, but after about 20+ minutes(no joke), they found the right table. We mentioned something to our waitress, and she said they used to have table numbers but not anymore. When bringing out my flatbread, they did a similar wandering around the area, but I managed to catch his eye and tell him it was mine. The tomato & mozzarella flatbread was small for the cost, but the flavor was good. Nobody loved the pig roast– my relatives said the quality was pretty crappy. I tasted the mac & cheese from the buffet, and it wasn’t very good. We also ordered a few rounds of drinks. The table’s first round was all watered down, but the second round was stronger– so it seems like some bartenders make their drinks a bit lighter than others. Looking around, it looked like people were having fun and relaxing– playing ring toss and the like– but it was also a weird mix of people, including a few that were a bit rough around the edges(and also a group of people with a high table were letting their babies/toddlers run around on top of the table… very weird). It’s certainly ideal for people-watching, though. Their bathroom was under renovation, so we on our way out, we used their temporary bathrooms– which were in a trailer– and at first the concept grossed me out. But then when I went in one, it was super nice. They were air-conditioned, sparkling clean, had nice soap, etc. It did have a bathroom attendant working for tips, though, which I always dislike. I’d come back here earlier in the day with a group of people to relax, enjoy the sand and have a few drinks. I’d probably skip the food, have low expectations for the rest and just focus on spending relaxing time with my friends. But with a few changes, this place could be super awesome.

Great concept… Sand, rum, fire pits, music, big screen TV. Place holds two bars. Signature drink is a rum bucket with rum(obviously) & fruit juices, a bit sweet for my taste but, if you make it there you have to order, at least, one. They also serve food and, by what my friends said, it was good. Ambiance is very chill, only problem was that, apparently, Friday is not a popular night here. Place was a bit empty and boring plus music could only be heard on only half of the place. Giving it 3 stars because it was actually good to just sit and relax for an hour or so but, after that, and when you are looking for a bit more of a party scene, we got bored and got in our car to find somewhere else to go.

This place is super cute and totally down to earth. It’s a self proclaimed tiki/beach bar. It’s an outdoor sand bar with charming tiki lights and a community fire pit. The chairs make this a «kick back and relax» with your($ 15) rum bucket kind of place. The chemistry is awesome, and everyone is chill. They have multiple bars with flat screens playing sports. Four of us ordered rum buckets, $ 55… ouch! It was worth the«experience» once, bur it’s too fruity to spend $ 15 on again. It’s right on the water which is very scenic. So far, one of the best places I’ve visited in West Palm beach. NOTE: women, not a heels kind of bar

Really awesome atmosphere… beach chairs… sand…on the water… fire pits… island bars… ring toss games and huge tvs so it has something for every personality. Drinks were a little weak… not sure how the pricing was as we bought a bunch of stuff and I didn’t have to pay :) Def going back next time I’m in the area!

Be prepared to have a good time here and leave your shoes at home. It won’t help that you fall over after you had a couple buckets. The fire pits are nice too in case if you want to sit around and bs all night with a group of people while having a nice warm fuzzy feeling inside of you. Make sure you play the ring toss as well. It’s a lot harder than what you think it is, even though I have made it a couple times. If I can do it, you can do it! :)
