Went here for an oil change this afternoon. As I was driving home this evening the check engine light went on. My dealership where I bought the car said that the check engine light went on because of a «half-a###ed» job of an oil change. The filter wasn’t installed correctly and oil spurted all over the engine. Luckily the dealership fixed the poor job by Vavoline. I had to pay another $ 58.00 on top of the $ 89.00 I paid Vavoline for the oil change and tire rotation. Worst experience I ever had with a place like this.

Once again, coming through in the clutch. I needed my timing belt replaced, and in less than 20 minutes, I have a new belt, oil changed, and a generally great time.

I don’t know much about cars, but I know a lot about customer service. These guys excel in it. Every time I come in, the manager greets me as if we are long time friends. I believe he recognizes and remembers all regular customers. And let me be clear – regular in this sense does not mean I come in for a cup of coffee every day. I come here once every few months, so the fact that he remembers me is a testament to the service and courtesies they show all of their customers.
Again, I can’t say I know much about cars, but I know they keep mine running. Hats off to you, Valvoline of North Olmsted! 5 stars for your skills and your service!

I went to this valvoline location last night for an oil change. After the oil change was complete my car was sputtering every time I tried to start it. Chris, the manager, went out of his way to determine the problem. It turns out my spark plugs had never been replaced (my car has over 120,000 miles). After showing me the issue, he had spark plugs delivered from an auto store and installed the new ones free of charge. He was thorough and showed me how to change them myself next time. My car started with mo problem after that. They were friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond the typical oil change to make sure I left with a car that is safe to drive.

Very friendly. Don’t work on commission, so not too much pressure to purchase anything else. I was in and out in 20 minutes. While it is a bit more expensive than other oil change options, it was quick and convenient.
They also offer a complimentary service where you can stop back and they will top off your oil in 1,000 miles, and a couple of other things along with that. Having an older car, my oil burns faster and that is quite useful.
