Been there today on 05−18−15. I was refused service! The fat man behind the counter told me that they can’t change one tire (I had a flat) in an all wheel drive car. I just got brand new tires last fall. He flat out said «I refuse to do that you have to buy all four». Now. I know that it has to be measures to make sure all the treads are the same. This lazy fat pig didn’t do that. I called another NTB and they said he needs to measure it and he should have fixed it. I took it to Conrads in North Olmsted and the man was very professional. He measured my tread and I did NOT need all four. Just the one. NTB ARE AMATEURS. Don’t waste your time or money. An orangutan would be better off changing your tire.

I went to this NTB location to get a flat tire fixed/​replaced, because the last time I bought a tire it was from another NTB in Akron. I arrived not long after they opened, after leaving my car in their parking lot overnight, and the service was very quick and I was in and out in under 45 minutes. I was also impressed with their waiting room, very nice and clean space with a Keurig coffee machine and a nice tv. Definitely the right experience for a situation most people already don’t enjoy being in.

I was there for oil change, when I got my car back looks everything good. After 30 miles plastic cover from the bottom falling off middle of the highway.
I fixed w a zip tie… Not safe service NTB!
