This is the first part of a three part review of t-​mobile. This store sucks. Thanks to a sales representative whose initial are K.S. I was in Miami vacationing earlier this month and my cell phone died completely. On the spur of the moment I decided instead of buying a new battery for my phone I would just get a new phone. So I successfully did that. I brought a brand «free» with a 2 year service plan Samsung phone at this t-​mobile store.
Well the terrible sales rep. there was suppose to change my phone (which I also decided to do) and ring up my phone. Well here is what happened, at some point after I left the store she must of canceled my new plan. When I contacted customer service several days later they didn’t see anything new plan for me. Also, she failed to give me a receipt after my purchase. This where is my headache begins.
