Good customer service. It was so wonderful, lovely employees. I got my glasses in three days, the employees are so understanding. Its a very great place, well kept and you won’t have to wait long.

Greeted with exceptional quality customer service from salesman Jimmy, let me take my time and choose the 2 frames for the Bogo deal my eyelab runs ordinarily. Eye exam with quick and professional. The only negative feedback I have is that there isn’t an in store lab to complete the frames. Waited exactly a week but frames look great.

All I can say is, please don’t waste your time! Very rude staff, Jimmy was the employee who greeted me with such an attitude I was ready to walk out then and should’ve followed my first instinct, through a board at me to fill out I said I’ve been here before ! He said you still have to fill it out, I did. Then had to wait, finally I said which board do I look at for the $ 69.00 pair deal? he looked at me with such a look !! I went there with my dad because a guy in the street was advertising a free eye exam and two pair of glasses for $ 69, which looked very interesting, I already had my own frame so after the exam they told me the glasses would be $ 250, I was shocked, how could two whole pair of glasses including frame cost $ 69 and just the glasses for my frame $ 250?, so I decided not to get them and then I was asked to pay for the exam!, yes, pay for the exam that I was oferred for free, then they explained that it is free only if you buy the glasses, but I wasn’t told that, it is a rip off!

We came in for an eyeglass adjustment and were pleasantly assisted by Melissa. She said the service would be complimentary and we could«pay in smiles» my grandmother liked that :) glasses were fixed with a new nose pad. she was delighted and the service was free. Thank you eye lab and a very special thanks to Melissa for being so friendly and helpful.

This location Is horrible. First off they advertise on their door 2 for $ 69.95, but after my husband paid for the eye exam he didn’t qualify for this offer so the glasses ended up being $ 450 which we didn’t pay. When we told the sales girl that the offer said something else she was very rude and told us we would not find any place with cheaper prices. Really? We left and went to America’s Best in Skylake mall. They do honor their offer of 2 for $ 69.99, service was great and the glasses were less than $ 200. So, eyelab in North Miami… stop false advertising and train your staff.

I wish I had read Unilocal first!!! Like so many others have stated, Dr Rivera has terrible customer service skills! When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed she was running behind schedule and would need to reschedule me since she closed at 6pm and I had the last appointment of the day. What a terrible attitude for a doctor! I will certainly not be rescheduling.

If you want to ruin your day and mood and do not get glasses on time, go there. Their personnel is careless. Idiotic hours where they dispense glasses only on certain hours. The selection for glasses that are part of their offer — 2 pairs with exam– are very bad and limited. They screwed up my initial order and put wrong lenses. I have to wait another 3 weeks for one pair and 5 weeks for another. I came twice 10 min after the hours when they dispense glasses and they did not give them to me. There is always wait. They are always looking thru the boxes where unsorted glasses sit for days. This place is atrocious! DONOT go there.

Don’t come here, their reservation system is all messed up. We had a 5:30PM appointment on a Saturday & our appointment didn’t show up in their system. They said corporate routes their phone number monitors their appointments and that they screw up. They asked the eye doctor if she would see my husband and she said no!

My glasses took forever to arrive. The person who answered the phone did not know where they were. They did not give me an approximation to when they would arrive. They just said to call back tomorrow because they get shipments everyday. I bough a groupon and still ended up paying more for my glasses. Now I have to go back because my prescription is wrong and I cannot even see with these polycarbonate lenses. When I finally pickup my glasses, if it wasn’t for my audacity to stay there I would have left without my case. I do not recommend this place. For my annual check up I will definately be going somewhere else.

(1) To anyone who might hesitate entering into a sales contract with ‘My Eye Lab’, also known as ‘Stanton Optical,’ based upon reading these reviews until clear about the conditions of order fulfillment, or(2) to any customer who needn’t hear that one exchanges(A) slow speed of order turnaround for(B) savings in total cost of a new pair of prescription glasses, I suggest reading BOTH sides of the sales receipt. I didn’t do so until days ago. Had I read the purchase itemization and then turned to read«Return Policy» on the opposite side, I would have saved myself at least some of the grief I experienced. The intent of this brief update is to encourage you to read and discuss«the other side» of the sales slip with a skilled employee with enough knowledge to satisfy you of what the«Refund Policy» means before you leave the store with a sales receipt in hand. First, ‘Stanton Optical’ is the name of the established parent optical company. Stanton Optical, alone, is identified on the back side of the of the sales slip. Vice-versa and second, ‘My Eye Lab,’ alone, appears on the sales-slip’s face or flip-side of the«Refund Policy.» One would gather that ‘My Eye Lab’ is a later-in-life business solution which improves profit margins for Stanton Optical. ‘My Eye Lab’s’ retail storefront positions in high-traffic volume commercial-residential mix areas should be ideal for a 9-to-5 weekday operation like Stanton Optical to «discount» and«diversify» its customer portfolio, perhaps even adding manufacturing shifts to its established laboratory, thus leveraging production and resource allocation in order to increase end-users. One imagines that Stanton’s modeled projections for revenues had accounted for a three-to-five year spate of unsatisfied customers until such time as sales/customer service agents in storefronts had been selected and schooled in setting expectations by customers at a level and pace of planned product-service delivery. Success will depend upon whether the cost-conscious and savvy customer will buy into the business model. That’s why everyone hired to interface with first-time access to ‘My Eye Lab’ must be skilled at educating and convincing customers of the value. I see that it will be critical for these service-sales-educators to establish verbal follow-up as early as 24 – 48 hours after initial each order is taken. In the meantime, ‘caveat emptor’(buyer beware): read the big, bold words on the«Refund Policy.»

Three and a half weeks ago I want to eyelab for my wife. What a wrong turn that was me guaranteed me a pair of glasses and sunglasses in 2 weeks the glasses took 2&a half weeks the sunglasses took 3&a half weeks and the sunglasses head look like two parts of them were stuck to each other the customer service was horrible and I would not recommend or go back even if my life depended on it don’t go to the iLab in North Miami Beach 163rd Street

I recently went to the new location that just opened up in North Miami Beach 1203NE163rd St and I must say that the service was extremely poor, the rep who processed my order told me to expect my order in less than a week. That was not the case at all, when I called the store to check on my order it’s as if they were annoyed with me calling and told me that I should just read the paper that was given to me at the time that I placed the order and that it had the date that the glasses were suppose to come in. Nearly three weeks later I received a voice mail saying that my order finally came arrived. When I went to go pick up my glasses NO one bothered acknowledging me as I patiently waited for someone to tend me, when someone finally did tend to me they couldn’t find my order because the had it under my first name instead of my last name. Then I was told to wait while someone came to fit me, which was another 20 min wait due to the fact that they only had ONE person fitting which was already helping someone else. when she finally came to me she couldn’t get the fitting right at all! After maybe the 6th time she came close to getting it right, I was over the whole ordeal at that point… To make matters WORST I was told that only ONE of my glasses came in instead of the TWOPAIRS that I ordered!!! When I stated to the rep that I was told that my order was going to come in, in less than a week he stated otherwise and told me that the person who placed my order in fact gave me the wrong info and that orders takes three weeks to arrive. The glasses are really overpriced, and additional costs are added to you bill so the eye exam isn’t really«free» per say. Also the exam with the Ophthalmologist was rushed and she was extremely inattentive.
