Food is organic and about as healthy as you can get for pizza, you can order it with a whole wheat crust, which is actually really good. All the sodas are organic. Great place.

«Better ingredients. Better pizza.» No, really. This place is the real deal. Pizza Fusion uses organic ingredients. For those of us with special dietary needs, they also offer an array of pies that are gluten-free, vegan, and lactose-free. I tried the«Very Vegan» made with soy cheese and it was surprisingly good. This may not be your neighborhood New York or Chicago style pizza joint, but it’s definitely worth a try.

Great place to go for a healthy pizza, salad and glass of wine. The whole grain crust is nice and thin and crispy. Nice wine selection. Upscale for a pizza joint. The décor is loft like and open and airy. Good for date night, but kids enjoy it also. The owner is usually around and keeps a close eye on the quality of product and service. Very friendly service and good food.

Enjoyed a multi-grain pesto farmer’s market pizza. Very good, nice service. Wait time acceptable. Good beer selection, and warm & friendly service. It can take a while to get your pizza, but I don’t see Pizza Fusion as a fast-food spot. The wait is worth it in terms of freshness and quality.

A perfect post-shopping spot for a salad, pizza and glass of wine. There’s inside and outside seating. I can’t quite get used to the trend of putting tables outdoors at a strip mall. Is this so people will have a good view of the cars cruising around looking for parking spots? Anyway, the server was a cute Matt Damon-looking college kid, so I really can’t complain about the view. The menu is eco-conscious and health-conscious, which also impressed me. They had some nice Italian reds on the list, so we ordered a bottle of Chianti, a green salad to share and a simple tomato-mozz pizza. Everything was quick, fresh, tasty and«rightsized.» A couple of nights later, I talked the husband into getting delivery from Pizza Fusion. I loved it, especially the adorable little smart car that they drove up in. He wasn’t so crazy about it. He had to admit that the pizza tasted fresher and more wholesome than a typical delivery, but he wasn’t crazy about the crust and felt the smaller sized pie was a bit of a rip off.

1.5, not 2 stars I save one-star reviews for places that have either offended me, or given me such piss poor performance, hidden medical supplies such as bandaids or syringes, insects etc… that I just morally have no choice. … but this place is getting freakin close to that. My co-workers and I show up, and absolutely nobody greets us, leads us to a chair, asks us to sit anywhere… nothing. No attention at all. Besides ourselves, there was one couple eating. We all find a seat and about 10 minutes later a waiter with an attitude that could easily be considered«hoity-toity» shows up and just asks us what we want! Holy crap, man! So all of us order the lunch special(8 bucks for a personal pizza, cheese or pepperoni, a small side salad, and a drink.)… about 15 minutes later we get our drinks… and then we wait… and wait… and wait. and we think… is this really lunch time? We are obviously eventually needing to work(we are all clad in scrubs). 45 minutes pass and our food still has not arrived… its personal pizza people! Lace the darn meal with pesticides already, but just get it to us today! Are they growing wheat for the dough??? cultivating the yeast??? And yet, I was not offered a drink refill. Not once. Finally 3 people come out with our food. The fact that not a single person in our party found a redeeming aspect in the food just speaks wonders. Since we all ordered the same thing, here goes. The crust(multigrain): Thin, crispy, flavorless. Quite honestly I felt they put cheese on a Matza cracker. I made me wonder if they had taken all that time to get it blessed by a rabbi. The cheese: it was just cheese. nothing special. nothing gourmet. Just cheese. I added goat cheese for an extra dollar and was given maybe a couple of crumbles to work with… it did not add much flavor. The sauce… same goes, nothing special. Pepperoni: I got 4(albeit large) slices of pepperoni on my pizza. It added to the flavor but not anything that wowed me. and finally… THEGREASE was enough to give me a couple zits just looking at it. I got at least a teaspoon and a half rolling off of each slice as soon as I picked it up. I thought this place was supposed to be healthy? And while the food didnt help… it was still the service that killed this place. There was nobody around, and took another 15 minutes to get our bill,(The waiter didnt bother asking if we were together or separate, and then giving us attitude [YOU didnt tell me you were separate!]) after having to flag down the waiter, waiting some more, and then finally looking for the guy myself(chatting with the chef), in order to sign our receipts. NORESPECTFORPATRONS. One should expect some courtesy in one of the more popular and affluent locations in the area. He should be glad he added his own 20% tip, because I certainly would not have been so kind. Don’t come here unless you have a lot of time to kill… and a whole lot of patience to go with it. Frankly, I’m going to avoid it like the plague. Just not worth it.

Really good tasting pizza but coño, I guess saving the planet one pizza at a time is costly venture A large(18“x9″) four cheese & sun-dried tomato is $ 19 and feeds two or three people tops They serve Stone IPA at around $ 4.50 a bottle which is good

The only good thing about Pizza Fusion is its philosophy. I love the organic ingredients, the option for multi-grain crust, and of course the organic craft beers on tap… but the service is awful awful awful. Not in the way that your servers are rude but in the way that … wait we have a server? There is no host station so you just stand around at the door. Waiters walk by and none tell you where to sit. Then you finally choose a table and it take time for the menus to get to you, then even more time to make your food, then even more time to get your bill. This is not a place for quick lunch. Then the food is so bland. Yes they have a multi-grain crust — but is it good? No. Yes they use organic ingredients and fresh veggies — but is it good? No. My pizza — mushrooms, tomatoes and roasted garlic — needed seasoning, and was basically toppings on cardboard crust. If you’re a foodie, or someone who has had a slice of pizza before — don’t waste your time. This place is like your high school boyfriend — big talk, little bang.

3.5 stars. Let me first say, that I’m a huge fan of chicago deep dish pizza, and therefore my review may be biased to that preference. The décor of the restaurant is nicer than your average pizza place, their theme seems to be going green. With organic ingredients, and thin crust, I was pretty impressed with this place. We ordered the philly steak pizza while substituting the gorganzola(eww) and replaced it with goat cheese. The ingredients were all fresh. I guess you get what you pay for since the pizza was by no means cheap. The large pizza was 22 dollars, it can probably feed 3 meals worth. I would rank this place higher if there was more steak to the philly steak pizza. I may or may not come back.

Delicious all organic pizza and a nice selection of wines are offered at this restaurant. With its environmentally«Green Theme», you can enjoy good food and wine, while feeling good that you are eating at a restaurant that is trying to minimize its carbon footprint. Also, the manager of this location is friendly and knows his vino. Trust him if he makes a wine recommendation.

As I found my self spending an inordinate amount of time in the NMB area in the past week, I needed more suggestions on where to grab some good eats. Enter Pizza Fusion. Suggested by a friend who works in the area and often comes in for lunch(also, it’s in a shopping plaza with a Paul, a Lime, a SaladWorks, and something else…), that friend, another one, and moi came in for a very late lunch. We were starved, and opted to share 2 large pies amongst us, along with a couple small salads. If you’ve read the other reviews, or checked out the website, you know this place is totally organic and green. Caesar salad was good, but nothing special. The pizzas, on the other hand, were outstanding! We split the Big Kahuna(Hawaiian with bacon rather than ham) and the BBQ Chicken. Larges run a foot and a half long, and fitting 2 of ‘em on our small table proved a bit of a challenge. I’m a Hawaiian pizza fan in general, but with bacon(who doesn’t love bacon?!), this was truly delish. BBQ Chicken was good — the sauce had a nice sweet flavor. Not my favorite kind, but tasty nonetheless. They have a eclectic selection of organic wines & beers, and we all ended up trying a different brew — Monk in the Trunk, a pumkin ale, and another I can’t remember. All very tasty! And reasonably priced. All told, we got out of there for about $ 25 a person. Not great, but not unreasonable, considering we had salads and beer, and plenty to take home for later! I hope they open one further south.

I’ve been to Pizza Fusion 3 times now and every pizza I’ve tried has been delicious. I’m not an organic food connoisseur, but I feel like the option to have a multigrain crust on my pizza makes it somewhat diet friendly. The barbecue chicken pizza was great, but my two favorites have been the«founder’s pie» and the spinach artichoke pizza. You can’t really find artichoke as a topping on pizza at too many places, and the one here is so fresh, I love it! Pizza’s made to order so prepare to wait for them to make it. I’ve had their organic black tea and next time will try their organic beer or wine. This is a place where I feel sure that my food is «healthy» even if it’s not necessarily low fat. They also have several appetizers, salads and sandwiches on the menu besides pizza. I also really like the atmosphere of the place. Everything in it is «recycled.» The chairs and decorations, all of it. The look really goes with the food and it makes you feel like you’re doing something Al Gore would be proud of. If you get take out or delivery and save your box to bring back for them to recycle, you get a discount on your next order. I definitely recommend Pizza Fusion, they make organic food fun — «saving the earth one pizza at a time!»

This review is more about the food than the restaurant I guess because I’ve never actually been to it. Melissa and I had a menu left on our door, probably from the last time they delivered to our building. We decided to try it out and placed an order for delivery. They answered the phone pretty quick and didn’t put me on hold like all other delivery places seem to do.(TY for calling please hold… crappy hold music or commercials for the place you are calling… without waiting for an answer.) It was less than 30 minutes before they delivered the pizzas to us. The pizza it self was great, and the fact that it was made with organic ingredients is incredible. However, I felt they were pretty small for the price. They aren’t round like most pizzas, so they were a portion of the size of a normal large. Two pizzas cost us over $ 30 after the tip. I would eat here again, but I am not in a rush to.

I remember getting their promos back when I was a student in FIU and I think that was around either Fall ’08 or Spring ’09. I had so much going on then so I never got the chance to check them out. So, I insisted on it and told Ralph to let us go for it. We ordered sausage & tricolor pepper and organic pepperoni. I liked the varieties on the first one, but it felt like they had this burned taste as I chewed. Pepperoni was eh. The sizes that they had were smaller for the price that we paid. Though, I can say that we found the delivery to be efficient. I think I still prefer Papa John’s whole wheat ones over theirs. It’s a little over our budget.

So I went with a couple of friends to the North Miami Beach Pizza Fusion for lunch today. First time to this sit down location, as the only other location I’ve ever been to is the original one in Deerfield Beach, which I’d say is mostly takeout. Our waitress seemed to be having an off day, as she took forever to refill our drinks and even accidentally spilled one of the drinks we ordered on our table(in her defense the two tables we had weren’t lined up properly and she happened to put one of the drinks down right at the edge where they didn’t line up, hence it knocking over). Despite these hiccups, the food was great! I split the pear and gorgonzola salad. I gotta say, I felt so healthy eating that salad. It came with arugula, romaine, pear, gorgonzola and candied walnuts with some kind of vinaigrette. The dressing was served on the side — and it was really a perfect portion of dressing for that amount of salad. We used all of it, but it coated the salad just enough without drenching it. The pears were just sweet enough. The walnuts were nice and meaty. Everything tasted fresh, delicious and healthy! I could just taste the healthy goodness! As for pizza, I ended up building my own personal one. Their cheese pizza come with mozzarella, provolone and parmesan cheese, so to that I added roasted garlic and goat cheese. The Deerfield location has a pizza like that on their regular menu, but I couldn’t find this pizza at the North Miami Beach location, so thankfully I was able to create it on my own! Oh, and I got it with the multigrain crust, which I don’t think the Deerfield one normally comes with. Let me tell you, this pizza was delicious! The crust was perfect and tasty and the four cheeses together were great. I just wish they put more roasted garlic on it. Heck, if I had my choice, I probably would have wanted it smothered in roasted garlic! Haha! And I, of course, added some crushed red pepper to it and some of that garlic salt(yes, more garlic) they put on the table for you. For dessert, the homemade chocolate chip cookies were calling my name. They were served warm… and man, those were goood! I was about to ask for some organic milk to go with it(haha) but I opted to finish my iced black tea instead. Despite the slightly off service, I would absolutely without a doubt go back to PIzza Fusion. My stomach was very happy. I wish I had one closer to where I live!

Nice little chain or ‘collection’ as they call them these days, that has sprung up here in Miami. They operate their business in an eco friendly manner and they partner with other green vendors, and that’s a trend we need to see more of. It’s in this trendy strip mall, but they boast outdoor seating out front and they do a good job with the lay out. Lots of umbrellas and potted shrubbery, that you almost forget that you’re sitting alongside the parking lot with busy Biscayne Blvd a 100 yards beyond that. The food is good, it’s pizza. Pizza generally is always tasty. It’s as healthy as pizza could ever be as they use organic ingredients. But typically when I indulge in pizza I’m not counting calories… hmm… maybe that’s the problem :) Right next to location is a salad restaurant and next to that is Lime and directly across the street is the strip mall that houses Chipotle and Total Wine. If you’re in the area, Pizza Fusion provides for a nice spot to enjoy lunch. Check out their website to find out about any current promotions. Sometimes if you buy a pizza, they might plant a tree for each pizza you buy on Earth day.

Saw Ramon’s review last week and as I was in the area decided to drop in for a late lunch with the kids. When pizza dining with my two, you have two choices. Its cheese pizza or cheese pizza. I was kinda nervous and thinking I would have to eat the entire thing on my own because my two are savages that are more used to the $ 5 to go pizza than anything that takes 15 mins or so to prepare. BUT I was prepared for the wait after reading Ramon’s review so that was cool(thanks Ramon). Great thin crust pizza made from organic ingredients — my two kids wolfed it down. Actually… they LOVED it and can’t wait to go back. All natural and organic soda’s and juices. 1 Pizza, 1 root beer, 1 berry lemonade and 1 green dragon iced tea came to $ 20 and change(before tip). Teaching kids that healthy food doesn’t have to taste like crap — priceless. Super friendly service from Sam our waiter Eco friendly toilets(which the kids loved — push button #1 for #1and button #2 for #2) — all eco friendly paints and furniture. Cavernous space. Noticed some really nice looking salads and some flatbread being eaten by some people on the way in. Next time when I go with some grown ups I might order something like that. They have a kids class every 3rd Saturday of the month where they teach them about chosing organic. Seating indoors or outside(shaded). Loads of parking(Publix shopping center at Biscayne Commons).

Been here several times. Great concept. Food is generally good but ALWAYS slow. The one star rating is because I’m in the restaurant now and the waiter came to my table to say that they just ran out of gluten free pizza dough. Ordinarily forgivable, bit I ordered my pizza more than 30 minutes ago. My daughter is on a gluten free diet and is hungry having already waited so long for her dinner. I called the Manager over who gave me a different story. He said they’ve been out of gluten free pizza dough for 2 days now. He seemed more focused on blaming the server rather than seeing what can be done to satisfy the customer. Bummer. The other day I would have given the place 4 stars.

After bypassing numerous times in favor of Lime and SaladWorks directly adjacent, I decided to give Pizza Fusion a try. The ambiance is magnificent. The décor is minimalist — exposed concrete block walls, concrete floors, tall ceilings with exposed ducts/trusses. I sat at the bar toward the back of the dining room and ordered a micro-brew named Monkey Trunk(or something to the effect). The amber ale was very good. The pizza? It was good, but not great. I had a Philly Cheese Steak pizza and must admit that the ingredients were very fresh. However, the taste was not what I expected. Not to say that it was bad, but it wasn’t Andiamo’s. I’m definitely coming back on a Friday evening to check out the after-work crowd. I have a feeling that the vibe might be refreshing. By the way, the service was excellent.
