The manager who took my order said the pizza would arrive in less than 30 minutes. It took over and hour to get here and the pizza was cold, it tasted like previously frozen cardboard. Soooo regret spending $ 20(way too overpriced) on this.

I IMPLORE the people of North Miami/NMB/Aventura/Sunny Isles to NOT order from this place. Their delivery service is horrendous. I mean not just bad… horrendous. I keep ordering because their pizza is excellent. However, after just having been burned for the 3rd time by them I have had enough. This particular location needs to go OUTOFBUSINESS. They are morons, have no idea how to run a business, or a delivery service. The best thing that could happen is they close and get then get reopened by someone who knows what the f@*k they are doing.

My first impression of this place was NOT a good one. I had placed an online order for delivery. About an hour later I called to check on the order and the manager informed me he had no such order. I explained to him that he had my money as I had checked my bank account and the money was taken. He said he had no record of it and he couldn’t help me and to call my bank and figure it out. I was furious!!! Of course my bank credited the $ back immediately, but the manager or SP basically was accusing me of lying instead of checking the internet system! About 3 hours later I get a call from him PROFUSELY apologizing that there had in fact been a glitch in his system and would be happy to place an order for me, anything I wanted. I was still pissed so I told him to **** off. About 2 days later he sent me an email, basically begging me to let him make it up to me. I had cooled down a bit, so I figured I’d take advantage of it. I ordered wings, hawaiian pizza, rolls, and a 2 liter. The food wasn’t that bad. It was A-OK in fact, however, because of all of the hassle we won’t be back, even though we live like next door.

Sooo this pizza thing in Miami is a challange, the idiots at Naked Pizza in South Beach closed down from stupidity, this place will follow cause the Pizza sucks! There was a well meaning guy behind the counter, but the girl was dumber than a box of hammers and was totally uninspired. forgivable if I get something good in the end but undercooked pizza? I mean that is all they have to do. took way too long, totally unorganized, the salad was crap, I will never go back! Money down the toilet. STAYAWAY

Went here today after spending some time next door at Horizon. Ordered the $ 13 pizza, with half cheese and half sausage and pepperoni. All in all, the pizza got to us in about 10 minutes and tasted great. I saw that they used a conveyor driven oven for everything such as their Blankets, and Burgers which for the latter seems a poor way of cooking it. I wouldn’t even try that but trust me, their pizza, although being a little greasy, tasted great. The dough you could tell was similar to Little Caesars, where it’s punched out and read to go. If you want better pizza, go to Andiamo or Anthony’s Coal Fired.

I echo Mikey V’s review: it is a nice dining room, and the staff are friendly, but the pizza to me tasted like a hybrid: frozen store-bought pizza crossed with matzo. And pricey, even for a good pizza(which it wasn’t). I took advantage of a website special: $ 13 for any large, regularly $ 20. All I could think as I tried to eat it was«I couldn’t imagine paying $ 20 for this.» I would rank the local pizza options thus: 1. Sicilian oven(sit down US1&203rd); 2. Kings County(takeout WDH&180th); 3. Anthony’s(US1&185th); 4. Lorenzo’s market(163 @ US1); 5. Racks(163rd at intracoastal river); 6. Costco(hey, $ 10 is value); 7. Little ceasars for $ 5; 8. Sir Pizza.

Good food. That said… Delivery on a Saturday night should take an hour or hour & ½ … No, they only have 1 driver so we’ve been waiting for our order for 2 hours & ½ so far and it’s still not here. If I was the manager of that restaurant I would have jumped in the car and started making deliveries. Let’s see how much longer this order takes. Absolutely ridiculous. UPDATE: the 17 year old girl who took the order never even put our address in. It has been over 3 hours. We cancelled our order of course because by now the food that was made would already be bad to consume. It had been sitting in the driver’s car for over 3 hours! NEVERAGAIN. UPDATEUPDATE: when we tried to cancel our order, ‘Kathon’ told us the credit card was never charged… Hmmm… I left it at that and then got antsy… I called the credit card company and they told us the card WAS charged! I called Sir Pizza back and told ‘Kathon’ about this and he insisted that he could not find any charge for our credit card at all. After that, I told him I felt VERY uncomfortable about this and that I knew something was off. I continued to tell him I would show up with a lawyer if this isn’t sorted out… and PRESTO he miraculously said he found the ‘charge’…it had been ‘mistakenly’ put in as a ‘pick up’ order. So he told me he was canceling the order himself right away and letting the manager ‘TERRY’ know about this first thing tomorrow morning. So I repeated everything to him as he told it to me. When I did, he changed what he said and later told me it was mistakenly put in as a ‘dine in’ order… I told him if I didn’t get a call from this ‘TERRY’ tomorrow I would show up with a lawyer and sort it out myself. Obviously I cancelled my card, but Jesus… what a bad experience. Absolutely terrible management. This place should CLEANHOUSE.

This place is clean, modern, and would be great for groups or children birthday parties. With neat stuff on the walls and large flat screens riddled about who wouldn’t want to come here, RIGHT?! … not quite For me, I only went because of it’s near proximity to Total Wine, the Mecca of liqueur stores. Like Disney for adults. Anyway, the pizza was alright but it took forever to come out. The pizza was overpriced and was clearly missing something besides just the crust. Slow, very dumb service. I probably will not return to this establishment. ONE decent thing about the place is that they have a special where you can get four beers with the purchase of a large pizza. The reason that it is only a decent thing(instead of awesome or great), is because you do not get a choice in the matter of what beer. Which beer is it? — Corona -.- –As an aside, I can not endorse any beer that requires a topping to taste good. I like limes, and I like beer but I don’t like to need a lime to make my beer taste good. Not to mention how lite Corona is, blegh. They can’t even give that junk away. No wonder they are giving away.– Aside from the corona special, probably the only other noteworthy aspect of this place, to me, was that they have a bunch of peculiarly flavored cupcakes that might be worth trying. Peculiar in a good way. Vanilla bean for example and others. If it is pizza you want, I would rather go down 20 streets to Steves Pizza where you will have a quality slice, in minutes, at a fraction of the price. All in all, it wasn’t a terribad pizza experience but I more than likely will not return. Sorry =/

The pizza was no better than a frozen pizza from Publix. The price was outrageous. I pity the guy who owns the Franchise. It costs $ 14.99 for a 14 inch cheese pizza which is the same size as Hungry Howies or Little Ceasars which is better and under $ 6.00. Be surprised if it lasts a year in that location.

Don’t be fooled by their branding — Sir Pizza is probably some of the worst pizza I have ever tried. Even Little Caesars beats them. I ordered a pizza with ham and mushrooms, and only got a plain cheese pizza which tasted like someone threw a bunch of milk on a piece of cardboard in the microwave and expected me to eat it. Downright bad. I don’t like to write negative review but I’d really like to warn the public. Don’t eat here. Good service, nice people, nice branding, but horrible food.

The counter lady was very friendly and helpful. We ordered pizza with mushrooms which was OK and a meatball sandwich that was also AOK… nothing special but I did like the way they cut the pizza in squares. I also ordered chicken wings which I like very crispy so the skin is not rubbery and they told me that was how I would get them. They were unfortunately not the way I ordered so I sent them back for more baking and they still were not good. The meat was fatty and the sauce was not good. I immediately returned them and the manager asked me several questions and I said«I don’t like them, sorry» …there was a stand off which I thought was strange. silence while they were thinking and then I felt like they didn’t care… manager walked away and said I will be back … hmmm It wasn’t like I ate any of them… I was left standing there which was awkward. Then they came back with ½ of an apology acting like they was doing me a favor… First impressions are very important
