Jimmy John’s

Does not live up to the «freaky fast» delivery. We live less than 2 miles from this restaurant, and we waited 45 minutes.
When it was finally delivered, my sandwich was missing the extra cheese… though I was charged for it :(
I called, and they did offer to send me a new sandwich, but I declined. That was appreciated, but I didn’t want to wait again, not worth it.
Topping on the cake was the rude manager. He didn’t want to talk to me, but when I did finally get him in the phone, he blamed it on only having one driver. I asked that they consider having more driving staff, esp on busy nights. He told me that I was being rude and that he wasn’t going to talk to me. I just want them to be better. So disappointing.

Pretty sure they overcharged me and have me day old bread. Cost $ 6.14 for turkey Tom with avocado instead of mayo. which is listed for $ 4 something on the menu. Bread is so hard and it’s just crumbling apart. Service was fast and staff was friendly. Might try out the Coralville one next time instead.

I have ordered delivery from here from the time the store opened. I live three minutes away and I even ordered some delivery yesterday and it came successfully. However today I called to order my regular sandwich and they told me that they do not deliver to my address. I talked to the manager, the assistant manager, and also an employee and all three of them told me that their policy stated that they do not deliver to my address. Due to my close proximity and past history of ordering many times, I knew this was a mistake but they refused service to me and were extremely rude. After talking with corporate headquarters on facebook messaging, corporate agreed that I am within delivery range, and that the managers of the store were wrong. However, this experience has made me lose my appetite. I refuse to ever give my money to this company because they do not use logic when making decisions… they’ve lost a loyal regular customer based off of pure ignorance of their own policies and common sense. I am extremely disappointed with the staff.

Delivered orders tend to have mistakes and the drivers forget to bring change sometimes, but the sandwiches are consistent with other Jimmy Johns. They charge a delivery fee. Indoors it looks like every other Jimmy Johns.

There’s really nothing that this Jimmy John’s does that separates itself from any of the other Jimmy John’s which is the reason for the 5 stars. Great, simple, and fast makes a great lunch or dinner option. This particular one also offers drive thru and is new/​clean. Great location in North Liberty.

Mmm, delicious Jimmy John’s subs! With a drive-​thru! And a guy on the other side of the mic telling jokes and making you laugh in your car!
Docked a star because the interior smells really strange, like mildew almost. But I’ve eaten here at least five or six times and haven’t had any ill effects yet, so I’ll just use the drive-​thru to avoid the smell and keep on returning.
