From my wife: I went here and was very happy with the selection of bridal gowns. I found mine here and had no issues with it; the size was perfect, the hem and length were exactly right, and I loved my dress. I couldn’t have been happier. However, my bridesmaids had other issues. 3 girls had to take their dresses in more than an entire size (ordered 4’s, were really 2’s, not sure why they were measured so incorrectly; no weight loss).Without making this a lengthy story, I will say that there was way too much difficulty and mix up involved with paying for one of the dresses and my friend was overcharged. A refund was ultimately issued but it put a damper on the experience such that my sister will not be shopping here for her upcoming wedding. I would suggest keeping all of your receipts and paying in person if you purchase here to avoid any mistakes.
