This Walmart never has anything In stock, especially in the dairy section. Lines are always backed up due to 1 – 2 lanes being open at a time.

I was able to get a last minute appointment same day. The doctor was prompt and actually went over my eye scan which I found thoughtful and thorough. I was able to try a couple of different contacts and was able to order them once I was done. I was in and out in 30 minutes which was great.

it was a great experience… we were seen quickly… the dr was very focused and not really chatty… but the waiting room was very full and he answered every question i asked… and i felt really happy with the appointment… and the glasses will be in in jst 6 days… and the prices on exam and glasses were so great…

My first experience with this Dr was okay, he seemed determined to help me find the right rx for my eyes, although I got zero smiles from him the entire time, regardless of trying to joke with him or make light of the appointment, it was impossible. I was left feeling very uncomfortable. When I came back to pick up my glasses(I ordered from the vision center right outside the dr’s office — BTW These ladies were amazingly helpful, and fun to talk to even.) the rx was completely wrong. I had to come back several different times because they were so busy,(or I was too busy to wait) I was NOT given another eye exam. The dr acted extremely flustered and frustrated that he had to fix what he originally could not do correctly. They put my original glasses in their machine, and just took the rx from that and wrote me a new rx, didnt even take me back again to look at my glasses. As if this couldnt get any worse or more unprofessional — I had also got a contact exam through this dr. I explained before I even came in for an «appt» with them that I had quite a bit of trouble finding a pair of contacts that were comfortable on my eye and that it might be a long process — to which I heard«Oh dont you worry! You come back as many times as you need and we will find a pair of contacts that work for you» So at this same«non appt» when I didnt get a new eye exam, the doctor almost refused to give me another set.(He had only given me the one set previously, and they were not comfortable) I tried to explain to him that they werent comfortable but I just got rude, uncomfortable responses similar to «wel I cant help you, well I dont know what you want me to do.» etc. This was all in front of other customers and the receptionist. He finally relented and just went back and grabbed the first thing he saw and handed them to me, then made it quite clear that he was going to write my rx for both glasses and contacts as is, and pretty much gave off the impression that he didnt want me to come back. This was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional Eye«DR» that I have ever had the displeasure to come into contact with. During our first visit, I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt of possibly having a bad day etc. But no, he is pretty much just a bitter, cranky man who clearly hates his job, and doesn’t like anyone who he comes into contact with during the day. So sad I ever gave him a dime of my money, and will NEVER give him another cent. Needless to say I do NOT recommend him at all! The place you actually order glasses/contacts in the vision center is a different experience. They are awesome, their prices are great, and if youre not happy you can return your order and get something new, no questions asked. These ladies were great and super patient with me. Polar opposites much? Haha
