We have all come to know Starbucks and the coffee is consistent and they have a formula that works. The coffee is always great and the employees here are great! This is a smaller location. It is hit and miss for the hang out and enjoy your coffee, There are only a few of the comfy chairs that I always want to sit on and they are always occupied. There seems to be more people at this one with laptops, and I wish they would take a smaller table instead of the larger one because if there are a few people it is nice to have room. Yesterday there were two people using their phones so loud that we were distracted by listening to sports and music, it is a social issue, so please don’t be that person anywhere. There is an outdoor area so Henry the Dog can join me and that is always a nice draw, The employees there are always great. I don’t do dairy and I do not understand why soy and coconut are the only two other selections. They both overpower the flavor of coffee, so it is a turn off for me. Please try almond or cashew milk, it is so much better!

Normally, I am more of a «local mom and pop» type of café goer but I swung by this Starbucks location after a film audition and was pleasantly surprised. I ended up staying for over an hour! The people working here were extremely friendly and the recommendation on the tea I got was excellent. I recommend this as a great spot to unwind and get some work done.

I have been coming to this Starbucks since it opened and it’s definitely come along way, For several years the drinks were inconsistent and the employees weren’t the friendliest causing me to not stop by as often. I have however been really impressed the last couple of years with how on point this location has become. The baristas are friendly and when I place a mobile order it’s ready in the amount of time promised and tastes great. Inside isn’t too spacious however it has tables/chairs and a couch with room for working, but keep in mind that this location is busy during the early mornings and the seating they do have fills up quick. There is also some seating outside(patio is dog friendly) with umbrellas and there is a drive-thru.

My favorite location! Super friendly staff. I’ve only had two orders messed up and when I asked for the fix… No gripe! No attitude! Just a polite apology, quick joke, and proceeding to a good day. I have definitely experienced the ugly barista stare as they remake your drink but here, nope haven’t gotten the rotten look yet: D I’ve only experienced long lines a few times but the location is great so I totally understand.

I love Starbucks(Gold Member for years). I understand I order a drink that not many is use to(Red Velvet Frappuccino) but if you work here you should know how to make it. I’ve been coming to this very same Starbucks since February and every time I order my drink I always get asked«Do you have the recipe?» Really after two months /five days a week and no one can seem to get it, but Kat. Thank you Kat I only come when you are here now !!!

The only reason I deal with his location is because it’s close to the house BUT I think I will just go to he one in Smiths in the same location. Granted you have to go inside the store but it would be faster that way anyway. This location is super slow and the beverages are watered down. They don’t have that great of service either. Don’t understand how they are still in business.

This location is the closest to my house so I’m here every morning almost and often in the afternoon. I LOVE the regular morning staff. This store most definitely has the friendliest baristas. I like that the seating area outside is non smoking. Just fyi, this location is favored by some old people as their meeting area. It’s kinda like how old people sit in McDonald’s for the free senior coffee but these seniors have better taste in coffee but, sadly, none in perfume. So… it often smells like dance night at the retirement home. OVERWHELMING is an understatement. My allergies!!! Ugh. NOT starbucks’ fault. I know. But I come because the coffee is good, the staff is second to none and they make me laugh. Lol… I think I’ll call this location SeniorsMeet. starbucks There’s a brand new store one exit down the 215 that’s more hip… but my baristas aren’t there, so I’ll stay here.

The service is frequently wonderful, staff are friendly. But the bathrooms are disgusting. I know that cleaning the restroom is no ones favorite chore but the state of the facilities here are pretty ridiculous.

This is a great location! Always great service even with a consistent line around the building!!! Outside seating and great working spaces make this location a bit nicer than the others in North Vegas.

This may only be the second or third time that I have been to a Starbucks where every staff member/barista looked happy to be at work. The entire staff had smiles on their faces and not to mention whoever made my drink was the bomb. Not too often does someone make it spot on. If this location was closer I’d make it my go to for sure

Hands-down the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff talks way too much to each other instead of working. When you have A drive-through full of cars and a store filled with people waiting in line maybe talking and goofing around is not the answer to getting people out faster. I don’t know why I torture myself and keep going back there. But after waiting a total of 27 minutes for one drink I think I’ve learned my lesson. And this was not the first time.

The patio furniture and the inside is a little rundown but I’ve never had broad service here. It’s a pretty quick line most mornings. No more than 5 minutes In a line of cars that wraps around the building.

One of the worst operated and maintained Starbucks I have ever been in. Rude employees, broken fixtures and dirty area.

OMGosh. Have you ever had the morning where you ran out of the home without your wallet? Well, today I did and I didn’t find out until the barista asked for payment. I was so frantic, looking for a credit card or something to meet the amount owed. I was able to come up with $ 8 from my center console and notified her I would only be taking two items out of the five ordered. She and her manager told me to have a great day and took my $ 8 dollars as a payment still giving me my entire order… This was totally unexpected, and sure made our day. THANKYOU Starbucks for your customer service! It is rare to see these days

My iced caramel macchiato with soy was made with curdled soy milk. Absolutely disgusting. Had I noticed it before I left, I would have had them remake it or give me my money back, but I was in a rush to get to work. The baristas need to learn to shake the soymilk and build the drink properly and the nasty curdling won’t happen.

The greatest luxury at this Starbuck’s isn’t comfortable seats, complimentary Wi-Fi, or premium coffee. The luxury at this Starbuck’s is that it is across Aliante Parkway from the Aliante Nature Discovery Park duck pond. This is the Las Vegas Starbuck’s by the duck pond. Everytime I visited this Starbuck’s, it was before or after the duck pond. In the cold winter months, it is nice to quaff a warm coffee after the duck pond or to carry it to the duck pond and wake up with the duckies. In the hot months of summer months it is relaxing to quaff a refreshing Frapucinno after the duck pond or at the duck pond. When I walk toward the Starbuck’s, I could see the 215 and Aliante Station Hotel & Casino. As I type this, Aliante Station is in need of a Starbuck’s type of establishment. When the Starbuck’s craving hits, this is the go-to location for Aliante Station. The 215 is the dividing wall between Aliante Station and a cup of Starbuck’s. It is the furthest Starbuck’s eastbound on the north segment of the 215 toward Interstate 15. When I pull into this parking lot I maneuver through the infrastructure of a shopping center. Surrounding Starbuck’s is a modern shopping center that includes Smith’s, Arby’s, Sierra Gold, 7-Eleven, and a gym. In other words it is a convenient Starbuck’s. Inside, the lobby is always clean when I visit. The lobby is on the small side. This isn’t a negative because I could turn it into a positive by drinking my beverage across Aliante Parkway by the duckies. The baristas have been friendly. I appreciate places that are upbeat and give me a caffeine boost. When I visit the duckies at Aliante Nature Discovery Park, I will also be visiting the Green Mermaid-Starbuck’s.

I like this Starbucks because of its convenience off the freeway(215) and the park is across the street walking distance. This Starbucks has outside seating where no smoking is allowed! Yes thank you! Not so many chairs to sit down in, also it’s sometimes bombarded by kids/young adults– the library is also down the street which I like– grab my coffee and grab my local latest read for the month! My only miss with this Starbucks is the parking! It’s crazy small and always almost full lucky they have a drive thru!
