Dunkin’ Donuts

this place! I visit this location several times a week due to my addiction to their iced coffee with mocha! Most of the time the drive thru wait is decent.

I just changed over from Starbucks to Dunkin Donut and so far it’s been pleasant for me. The coffee is always perfect temperature and sweetened just right. The employees were all smiles and had great customer service. But, I am always very kind to others and have a way of receiving positive energy from others. It has a lot to do with the customers attitude as well. Customer service can be tough, people can be ruthless with their down right ugly attitudes… Over donuts???#wtf… The majority of them probably shouldn’t be eating them anyways. There is always other options like bake your own dozen & make your own damn coffee…#keepitsimplestupid.

Such a horrible location. Not only are they always out of stuff, they take forever just to put a sandwich together. Waiting 6 min in the drive thru then they had me wait in the front for an extra 10! You guys aren’t physically making these sandwiches. They’re frozen. I don’t understand. Wasn’t even that busy. I don’t recommend going here. Just go get donuts elsewhere.

So we happen to walk into here to grab a dozen box of donuts. As soon as we reach the register we notice they barely have any donuts to pick from. Then we told the cashier that we wanted assorted so he took it upon himself to tell us only HE can pick out the assorted donuts! And if he wanted to hand pick them we should have said that. This is our 5^th time coming to this location and there is ALWAYS a problem with service or them being out of donuts.

Always slow and always out of bagels. I usually go here Saturday morning and by 9 they are out of at least three types of bagels. You are a bagel/​donut shop, how does this happen every weekend? Service is also slow. This place would not last 1 day on the east coast for their performance and has to be the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to.

So, I had previously went to this Dunkin Donuts and the service was horrible. On multiple occasions, they were out of stock for several items and twice my order was jacked up.
However, I went back recently since I heard they were under new management. It was a great experience! I placed a donut order for a special occasion and they decorated each donut. Thanks for the attention to detail Tye and Shay! You did an awesome job! I will definitely be visiting again.

I usually go between 4pm-5:00pm before work and never have any issues with the guys who work drive thru they are always nice and make my coffee perfectly. My mom also gets coffee every night on the way home and has for 5 years now. Thanks to Jacob, Dante (I hope I spelled your name right) and Andrew for making my coffee perfect and always making me smile before I head to work.

Always extremely SLOW. I went in one day before work and I waited there almost 10 min before they even attempted to take my order. I just left. Every time I go there they’re either out of something or something doesn’t work. This location SUCKS.

No donuts left at 11a. m not happy service was good but no donuts and smoothies too sweet

Terrible. Went a Saturday morning around 11 and they were out of sprinkled donuts and anything but plain bagels. Not only was the selection horrible, they didn’t know what they had after asking «what do you currently have in stock?»
Service was terrible, and rude. Could hear employees laughing about something in the background, making me feel ignored. Often had to repeat myself 2 – 3 times before they took the order. Then at the end (wanted a bagel, coffee and donut, that’s it) the employee said «can you repeat everything?»
Overall terrible experience, just go somewhere else.

Filthy and terrible customer service. Every order has always been wrong. This place is terrible. Quality is horrible. Everything tastes stale and old. Thanks for wasting my time.

I have them one star on my last review for SLOW service. I tried the place again today just in case people were having a bad day. Nope.
I would give 0 stars if I could. At 8 AM, the donut rack was half empty with many favorite options completely gone. The person behind me was served cold coffee and she had to tell them how to fix it. The staff was unorganized (this SLOW) and not too friendly.
Plenty of other places to go to get my coffee and donut fix. Crossing this one off the list for good.

I’ve visited this location twice. Both times they were out of donuts…
The guy was nice enough, but really? You’re a donut shop with no donuts. Only in Vegas lol.

I couldn’t tell you how this location is still open. The coffee is cold. And there is never any donuts. I’m surprised corporate hasn’t taken over management. If you’re thinking about stopping, don’t do it. Either go to the West Craig or N Durango locations.

It takes so long to get coffee. Why would they put the coffee all the way in the back? Parking is horrible. They don’t have that many donuts, one whole side of the donut rack was empty.

I’d give no stars if that were possible.
Wonderful Saturday sleep in and decide to go get coffee and donuts… should have stayed in bed!
First of all the parking area is sooooo small and not very user friendly especially with the drive thru entrance in it.
Secondly, the inside is soooo small (see the theme?) that it really isn’t user friendly or comfortable to even be in. It’s impossible to see the menu. It’s damn impossible to see the donut options and then you are being asked what you want?! Hell, I have no idea what you have!
The staff were in the way of each other and I will not yell around them to tell you what I want. (Which by this time I can now see their very limited options)
There isn’t a station to fix up your coffee if that’s what you chose. I think I’ll stick to the other location. Sometimes close to the house isn’t convenient.

They don’t make any donuts here. Not one! They are all delivered! The donuts are set out on the rack till they get stale, then another batch comes in tomorrow. Sad.

Aside from their munchkins, this is THE WORST Dunkin Donuts location. I’ve been to DD locations all in Japan that have better donuts than this place. I’ve contacted DD Corporate Office and no reply. I’ve contacted this location and no reply.
My issue is these donuts look like there is a 3 year old throwing frosting around in the kitchen, the coffee is TERRIBLE, did I mention that the donuts would look better if a kindergarten class decorated them?
I have figured out why corporate hasn’t contacted me back, there is no excuse other than this place is poorly run.
The staff are really nice though, I think they just need better training on decorating and making their product look like what their franchise is supposed to produce.

First time coming here & NEVER coming back. Came here in the afternoon, maybe that’s why it wasn’t busy.
We were helped by Danielle, who didn’t look happy that they actually had customers. Anyway, we ordered half a dozen donuts and a coffee. It was obvious our donuts weren’t fresh because they were hard and dry. The coffee was just alright, we could’ve gone to Starbucks or the Human Bean just down the street.
Crappy donuts & bad service is probably why they were so dead & explains the other bad review on here.

I don’t dunk my donuts… do you dunk yours? Does anyone? Probably not… Weird name and weirder if true. The grease floats on top of the coffee and looks gross to me. Anyway, I spent some years in Virginia Beach, VA where Dunking Donuts and Krispy Kreme are deep fried food icons. KK was good especially hot, but otherwise tastes the same no matter what flavor. The variety (about 25 types) and freshness of Dunkin’ Donuts there made them my favorite. They used to sell about 6 – 7 types of filled donuts alone… blueberry, lemon, apple, Boston cream, strawberry, cherry, and chocolate, etc. etc. but that was then, and this is now.
I come to this Dunkin Donuts every time I’m in town visiting relatives — usually every month or so. When they opened about two years ago, they had a decent variety. But now, the selection of donuts has been reduced because they’ve added sandwiches and bagels. And I honestly have gotten some donuts that weren’t that fresh. Sometimes I’ve seen them bring a new batch of donuts from the kitchen to the front. And that’s often what I order. I don’t like that you can’t see them making the donuts, like you can at most mom and pop shops and Krispy Kreme. They don’t sell turnovers, but there is plenty of employee turnover. I never see the same face in any two consecutive months.
What I like though, is that this is a drive through. And the times it was too wet, too hot, too windy, or too cold to step out and walk 30 ft to get inside, it is great to sit in your car and order. The coffee has never been stale here either. So if I sound blah, it’s cuz this place ain’t bad, the selection and taste, compared to most mom and pop donuts are just blah. So this is rated 3“blah” with one exception. To end on a sweet note, I like the red velvet donut. It’s not enough to give it four stars, but props to them for creating this beautiful tasty high caloric treat. Too bad it’s’ only available until Dec. 31… boo…
