The staff is very friendly and the overall environment is very welcoming. My family and I are always greeted once we enter and the wait is never long. I’ve almost had my braces for two years and I haven’t had any problems with this office. They always have events for patients to go to, chances to win prizes through games, and a coffee machine that they open for anyone. 10⁄10 would recommend.

Very disappointed in this orthodontist — hours are terrible !!! Staff not over friendly — nvr took the time to advise my child about getting cleanings done which has now led to more work being done ! Retainer check was a complete joke ! Would NEVER refer this place to anyone !!!

Walked in and was Greated right away with a Smile which I Love. Easy to find… Place look bright and Clean … My appointment was @12 noon and still waited after 20 min, But Everyone is So Friendly.:)

Dr. Chen and her staff go above and beyond to help their patients. They make you feel very comfortable. The first day you visit you get a tour of the facility and meet the staff. They offer you a wide range of beverages during your short wait. Dr. Chen allows for patients to call her on weekend when the office is closed and she returns the call right away. The service is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Significance Orthodontics for anyone getting braces. They make the process as easy as possible and really care about their patients.

I have been coming to both Dr. Chen and her husband for years! They treat me like family, and even know my 5 year old on a first name basis (and he is NOT a patient). They do great work, have reasonable prices, and really care about the patients and our families!
