Great! First time visit, and they are already willing to do the procedures I needed. Very friendly great staff!

Dr. Hoang moved to this location this past year and of course I have to go where she goes (even though it’s a bit far haha). I didn’t get a cleaning once from the time I visited her at Image Dental back in 2013 to now, so I was expecting to have some work done. I visited her 2 days before I had to leave for college and she gave me a deep cleaning (again) and also gave me some fillings. Once again, she was constantly asking me (basically every other minute haha) if I felt uncomfortable anywhere and she gave me thorough explanations on what she was doing and why she did it. Love her patience with a sensitive mouth like mine. Dr. Hoang truly loves being a dentist and you can sense that from her when she works on you.

I called to have my appt with Southview dental today to have my teeth deep clean and two wisdom teeth remove. When i arrive the staff was kind and very attentive to my needs.
Once all the paperwork and xray stuff was out of the way, the dentist came to greetv me and let me know what procrdure she was going to do. Overall the dentist and staff was great!

I came in to do a follow up at Southview dental. I was pleased by their staff. They were very helpful and tentative. The wait time was not long till I was seated.
Dr. Hoang was my dentist and she did a wonderful job. I had a old crown that was bothering me. My gums felt sore and inflamed around that tooth. She informed me that my gums may be sensitive to the type of metal that the crown was made of. I never knew of that. She gave me options on which crown would suit me better. My previous dentists have never given me options like Dr. Hoang. I felt like she kept me in the loop and helped me understand how the crown and procedure was done. She was very informative and professional!
My gums are feeling a lot better. Thank You so much for the work done by Southview Dental.

From the front staff to the back staff everyone was amazing. Checking in was a breeze, clean rooms and sterile supplies.
The hygienist was efficient, letting me know the steps as she was working & making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Hoang was understanding of my situation in not seeing a dentist in so long and had me feeling confident that we would get my teeth & gums in check and sparkling before an upcoming summer wedding I’m in.
Definitely recommend this office to everyone. Even if you’re nervous this place will have you changing your mind and wanting to come in for a cleaning.

South View Dental is the best. I chipped a ¼ of my front tooth the Friday before my wedding. A friend recommended South View Dental. I called, explained my situation, and was so grateful they were able to take me in that day! The doctor fixed me up like new, I couldn’t even tell it was ever chipped!
From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was very professional, accommodating and helped me find humor in my horrifying situation. Thank you so much!

Obviously your integrity is on a par with your professionalism and your level of compassion. I am neither hard of hearing or inclined to misunderstand clear statements. Your lack of accountability and responsibility are things I find frightening in someone who plays a large part in a patients overall health.
While I have nothing to gain and thus no reason to lie about this, you do as your conduct was very unprofessional. And your dental assistant I’m quite certain wishes to keep his job. I just hope that this might make you reconsider the way you treat your patients in the future

I got 2 my wisdom teeth pull today .
Doctor Barnes is amazing. she’s explain everything details, exactly what she was doing, while she was doing it !! Paying the Most attention to my comfort and pain level ! I appreciate that so much !
Ask for Dr Barnes ! She’s the best !
