Dishonest thieves! As others mentioned, the price goes way up once the crew arrives to load the truck. They know you have no choice at this point so you have to pay. All of a sudden the number of boxes took up more space and had more weight? The delivery date was vastly different that what was promised. And I do mean promised. We made our flight arrangements based on the date range THEY provided. We had to purchase an air bed, bedding, towels, etc just to get by. They suggested we go to a hotel! Seriously? With three dogs? The claims process was deplorable. They denied payment for damages to our Front Gate King bed and nightstand because pictures weren’t provided. THEYWEREPROVIDEDBYTHEDOZEN. They didn’t reimburse us for our new vacuum or my brand new, still in the box, Apple speaker system because they weren’t found on their list! So if you use these thieves, you have to make sure THEIRMANIFEST has each and every item listed individually. By the way, as soon as there is a hint of a problem, they won’t return your calls and even hang up on you if and when they answer their phone.

Do not use these movers!!! When they came to pick up our belongings the truck was so packed that they were unable to move all of our items in one trip. We were moving out of state so based on what the dispatcher told us we had our things picked up so that we would be there when they were delivered. We got a call saying that our things were ready to be delivered and we were still not in the state where we were moving. They informed us if we were not there to get our items they could not tell us when they would be delivered but it would be at least two weeks later. We had to make a very uncomfortable call to my husband’s new boss to ask him to open up our house and let the movers in. After our things were delivered we realized that we did not have all of our items. They had left boxes at the job before us. When I called them about this they were very unapologetic and kind of gave me a «huh, don’t know how that happened, oh well» attitude. They made no offer to go pick the items up. Because they were unable to fit everything in the truck, half of our belongings were put into storage. When I would attempt to call to get a delivery date for the second half of our belongings no one would call me back. After I waited on hold for a half hour and finally spoke with someone and asked why no one called me back she said Monday’s are busy!!! Guess I was not on the priority list. They informed me they spoke with their team and offered me absolutely no refund or discount for the fact that half our stuff was left behind, some of our boxes were left at the job before us, and that the second half of our belongings were picked up on July 25 and we are still waiting to get our things delivered. The experience was horrible… Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!
