Fancy Nails

This dude kept on insisting that I do my manicure. I only go to this place for pedicures (every two weeks). He must’ve asked me if I wanted a manicure 4 times until he finally asked, «Why? You don’t have money?»
That didn’t offend me but I thought it was highly inappropriate. He was pretty loud so everyone heard it. Embarrassing!
I wouldn’t go back to that place any more. I don’t want to have my nails done and feel awkward about it.
There are so many nail salons in this area. Having my pedicures done is supposed to be fun and relaxing and I’d like to keep it that way.
P. S. At the end of the service, he asked if I’d leave a tip. I gave him $ 5. I should’ve said «No, cuz I’m broke!» Haha

Came here with my mom and Lynn was amazing and so friendly. She does amazing with my eyebrows too! A fantastic hidden gem!

I took my Little here for her first pedicure, and we went all out. They weren’t busy (I had made an appointment) so they really took their time.

I’ve been to this place several times and enjoy their pedis but I have now had several gel manicures and every time the polish has started to peel after a few days and comes completely off in less then a week. This problem has happened with several different technicians.

The manager name is Jay and he did an amazing job. I stopped by earlier than when they open and he told me no problem and he started right away. This is my second time at this facility and this time around was WAY better than my first experience here. They are much more cleaner and they have the liners for pedicures. They offer more services than before. The customer service is excellent all of the employees are very friendly and helpful. I will most definitely be coming here from now on.

Very sorry I gave this place a chance. I called ahead and was told they had an opening in 10 minutes. 20 mins later they were rushed and hastily cleaned the foot tub in front of me. Thankfully I looked before I put my feet in the tub. There were still skin and nail clippings floating around! I asked the lady to please drain and clean the tub again and pointed out there were things floating. She brushed me off and told me it was the salt they added but did clean it again. I should’ve left at that point. After soaking for 10 minutes they said another guy was on the way to take care of me. This man showed up not dressed for work but to deliver food to them and was irritated that they tried to make him stay to do my pedicure. They argued and he left with the other guy chasing him. I got up and left and will never go back. Amazing how this place is even in business.

I went here to get a mani & pedi… The pedi started out good but the lady skipped a few steps… When she painted my toes she left the paint on my skin and didn’t clean it up… We then moved to do the mani and again she skipped a lot of steps that’s are involved with mani’s. When i came in I had my nails square shaped. She didn’t ask how I wanted them So I figured she would keep them square… now they are stubby and round. I can’t believe this is what I get??? my unborn child can do a better job! I will never come back

I did lashes and my full pedi and mani. All together I spent at this place I paid $ 110 and tip $ 33… you would think I would have better service, but I got a half a$$ job! I didn’t get the design I wanted and my lashes were poking the sh! t of my lids. Did all this for a bach weekend… never would go to this place again.
Thank goodness, I’m going to Hawaii, where I’m always Happy and satisfied with my nails.

Always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Usually busy but only speaks volumes about there work. I have worked with Cindy, Jay and Helen so far and they all have made me a very happy customer. I very particular with what I like and they always accommodate with no hesitation. Prices are fair and they are precise with their work on mani and pedi’s. My favorite nail salon!

My friend and I went here and had an appointment. I guess they overbooked because we waited at least 30 minutes before they could get started on us. So much for making an appointment! The guy, who did my pedicure, didn’t seem to know what he was doing and the person next to him, doing my friend’s pedicure, was telling him what to do. In fact, while cutting my cuticles, he was a bit rough and hurt me with those cuticle clippers. Jerk! I actually had to tell him to smooth out my feet with the callous remover tool. My friend already had that done. He also didn’t massage or lotion my feet and legs, which has always been a normal part of my pedicure experience. I will never return to that place!

I recently moved to the area and was in search of a new nail place.
I came to Fancy Nails because they had great reviews, and I have not been disappointed.
Holly usually does my gel manicure and does a phenomenal job. It lasts forever!
And all the staff is very kind. Definitely recommend

Love this place I was greeted immediately Tony did an excellent job in my new set, ombré gel Mani and happy feet pedi my hands and feet are happy they are reasonably priced and the atmosphere is awesome the décor alone Says style! I will be comming back again and again

I went in for the first time today and I was delighted because it’s the best reviewed nail salon up north and it definitely lived up to is reputation. Will be coming back.

I’ve been to several local nail salons looking for someone to do a decent job, and I finally found it! Cindy is great! She fixed some issues with mis-​shapen and crooked nails. Luckily it wasn’t too busy when I went in so she took the extra time to make them perfect! I love them! And Ana did my pedicure and she also did a fantastic job? I’ve never been happier! I have my new salon.

I love Cindy she is so awesome, great customer service. It’s best to make an appointment with her because she is very good. She got me right in I only had to show her a picture and she found the exact color and filed and fixed my nails to look like the picture. Most nail artists just do what they want but she actually asks you and makes sure she is giving you what you asked for. I will be back !!!

Amazing! I walked in and was greeted immediately. I was told the wait was at least 15 minutes so I sat down. About one minute later, a woman they called «mama» came over and escorted me to a chair so I could soak my feet. She brought me magazines, set up my chair, and introduced Cindy, the girl who was going to do my mani/​pedi. Cindy was very interested in getting exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back!
