I came in here for a return simple easy RETURN I should not have to wait 35 minutes to do a return, there should be someone at the register at all times, what if I was coming in to buy a case or charger etc … I would be waiting 35 minutes to make a purchase … HORRIBLE !!! All for the guy at the door to tell me ohh we have to process it ohh wait you stood there for 35 minutes in front of the door 3 people came in and you couldn’t take care of me SMFH !!!

Unbelievably useless. I should have read the Unilocal reviews before we came. I run a business with a 5 star rating and I’m amazed that a location like this exists. Without the corporate backing this place would starve. The manager Yasmin looks at customers as an inconvenience to her and could care less if a problem gets resolved or not. This was an absolutely disgusting display of apathy and complete disregard of basic rules of customer service. I’ll be breaking my contract tomorrow after a 1 and a half month run. Thanks for the reminder of «how not to run a business».

I wish I could give this location no stars I’m sorry to say but I don’t understand why and how is it that I pay so much money a month on my phone service and yet I’m unable to receive appropriate customer service. The women who was suppose to be representing AT&T did not give me a single care for my needs. She was beyond rude I was getting an upgrade and I also needed help with my new phone, and I kid you not this women rolled her eyes at me and showed me that AT&T does not live up to their outstanding customer service that they have the nerve to advertise all over. I would of never switched from my previous phone provider if Someone would of told me that AT&T customer service at the actual stores where untrained for there jobs. If you come here you won’t get the help you deserve and if you asked any questions about your phone AT&T employees get agitated, if you ask them to look into your account for any reason they can’t hear you. This location is the nearest but I refuse to come here any more I will take a drive to the second nearest because I refuse to get mistreated and I’m not trying to be a pain either but I’m the consumer I do pay for my services and all I was asking yesterday was for a little service. And if she wasn’t in the mood to help or had a bad day you advise me to the next AT&T representative that can assist me.

I went in there and was immediately put on a waiting list. After waiting over 90 minutes, I still was not taken care of. I think what AT&T is trying to do here, is to drive down the number of customers they have to a level that they can handle. That doesn’t mean of course, that they will be able to handle those few they have left. The manager of this place should be fired.

Went in this morning to get a new phone and the sales rep helped us. Not the brightest crayon in the box. She didn’t ask which number I was using but I assumed because my name was on the papers she was upgrading the phone to my number. My name goes with my phone number on the account but no she gave me my grandmother’s number. I am livid.

This is my GO-TO store for all account and phone problems. I manage 7 phone lines – every one with a different device/insurance/data,(you get the picture). While I try to visit when things are less busy, I have never had less than excellent service. Reps are patient while we sort out different services, sometimes suggesting ways I can keep my costs lower. Great store!

this companys reps have push their luck AT&T-itude. rude people all over. i dont think they know what customer service means. i asked reps in stores & via the website one, what i thought was, a simple yes or no question & never received the same answer twice. wtf? online reps, lucky they dont have to deal with me face to face. lady at the decatur store, again, youre lucky i called & didnt come in. after years in retail, i cannot STAND bad customer service. yeah, im one of those people. so, why review this particular store and not complain to at&t directly? well i did. BUT, RJ, thats why. what a breath of fresh air he was to deal with after everyone else encountered. even with all the technical difficulties and EXTREMELY long wait to get my problem solved, this guy never lost his personality. professional, knowledgeable & so pleasant, he should replace that girl in the at&t commercials. for real. i will ALWAYS request RJ from this point on. seriously, someone promote this guy.

Was there to see if I could take care of an old internet bill that I had. Unfortunately I was unable to get it paid as they could not pull up my account. But I must say the cuatomer service was great! I was assisted by Alex, she was very knowledgeable and wanted to help as much as possible. I am a verizon user and this trip to AT&T may just have gotten another customer for them. If you have AT&T, I recommend coming to this location!

Went to this store today and went through the worst customer service experience in my whole life. A «store branch manager» named Ty had no intention of helping out a loyal customer and continued to treat me as if I was incompetent. Then he very arrogantly told me that he «keeps customers happy everyday». I guess it doesn’t matter to them that they lost one today.

Update: Thanks I am sure to my post I am sure, they added seating to their store. I added two stars. They have a big store not enough people working there. When you try to pay your bill they steer you towards machines that do not give change. If you need to talk to a real person good luck because they will make you wait and put your name on a waiting list. That might not be so bad except they have not a single chair in the whole store for customers to sit on. Half the time one of the payment machines is on the fritz. Parking is horrible.

I wasn’t going to review this store but I have to comment on the customer service I encountered this past weekend. I was in Las Vegas for an early Thanksgiving and I decided to get the new iPhone 5. I opted for a corporate store because I’ve experienced enough instances of sales associates not knowing AT&T policies and procedures at other mobile device retailers. I asked whether they had a 64GB version — which they did so I walked in 20 minutes after my call. Roberto made my stay in the store brief and painless. He activated the service on my new phone and offered other services(gratis) which I declined but it was nice that he offered. He knew his merchandise and he made sure I left without any questions, included those he figured I would have after the fact. Knowledgeable but humble associates like him always make me want to be loyal and return to that store, for that person. Like I said — I came in — was taken care of and I left — a boy with his new toy!
