I wish I could give this company negative stars. This insurance company fraudulently set up an insurance policy for my home, because «I got a quote from them». If I got a policy for every quote I got, then I would have 100’s of policies for my home. They claim that my mortgage company requested the insurance through them, but the mortgage company is not me, so how can I be liable. The manager is a complete idiot that talks over you when you try and speak to her on the phone. This company is a fraud and now I am having to file a small claims case against them because they have been paid for the policy from my escrow account by my mortgage company and they will not return the funds so I can pay my actual insurance company.
