I have been going to a different Sev now because this one has really gotten bad. The soda fountain area was so sticky and the layers of dust everywhere was just disgusting. I used to prefer coming to this location but there has been a change in employees and when I go to have them scan my rewards app it’s like I’m bothering them. I also didn’t get my punches towards a free drink on the last 3 visits and it was during a time when the promotion was for double punches with each drink purchase. I would often get the Doritos loaded snacks and they have been black/burnt on the the corners. With the amount of convenient stores on Centennial between Commerce and North 5th you wold think these people would fight to stay open in a still quiet and not so busy neighborhood. Nothing convenient here lately but I do hope they get it together.

RIPOFF! My wife and I stopped in for a quick drink. I got a fountain drink and my wife got a Slurpee. I have the 7 – 11 app on my phone. With the app, after you buy 7 drinks you get one free. I had purchased 6 drinks before tonight. The clerk scanned my app and charged me for the two drinks we got tonight. I figured I would just get a free drink on my next visit… The short version of the story is, my wife saw the clerk take $ 1.50 out of the register and put it in her pocket. Apparently after I paid, the register showed $ 1.50 change(since I had paid for two drinks even though one of them should have been free). So, I hope the manager/owner of this location reads this. The clerk is female, pregnant, wears glasses, and as of tonight wore her hair in a «bun». Just know you have a thief working for you and she managed to lose a customer. I will not be coming back!
