I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Firestone. They took a look at a tire of mine that went flat and looked to see if there were any quick repairs that could be repaired (like a nail). Other auto repair/tire places I’ve been to have immediately recommended a new tire. They were professional and looked out for me.
