Q Bargain

I have been a regular at this place for a number of years (I usually spend $ 60 — $ 80 a month) but today was my last. An Asian woman at the register misbehaved in such a way that it left me in a shock. I was counting my items at the register while she ringed them and she got angry at me ’cause I was doing so! I remember she overcharged me last time and I didn’t want a repeat; she starts yelling at me in a way as if counting my things that I’ll pay for is a crime. She did not even let me see the receipt. Then after creating a scene she refused services and asked me to leave the store. My advice to all of you-​there are lots of stores out there that sell 99c stuff-​please go to those if you want to avoid horrible behavior and customer service.

This place is horrible don’t go in if you dont like to be followed around. It’s ridiculous they have cameras in store yet they follow people around thinking the person is going to steal. There’s a Asian couple the husband and wife probably the owners but not sure they give such bad service and attitude for nothing. They’re also very stereotypical people they followed an African American woman automatically assuming she was stealing something but good thing she went off on them I would do the same that made them stop following her.
If there was 0 star option I’d give that.

customer service is the worst… the owner (asian man) has no respect, courtesy or even knows how to deal with customers… but to shove them off. i spend at least $ 20-​$ 50 a week on knick knacks for my daughters school and the special needs kids… the workers there are nice… maybe the owner needs a crash course in but for the customers coming back to your store… you have no business… learn how to smile maybe and be nicer to your customer… save the attitude… or go to the dollar tree is next door!!! staff is very nice!

Your neighborhood bargain store with your basic needs. There are some things here that Dollar Tree doesn’t carry so this place is a good alternative.
The lines are fairly quick and people are fairly friendly.

This is my dollar store! They really have some cool crap if you absolutely must buy crappy made in china goods! If you can’t find it at the dollar store, I can almost guarantee it will be at Q bargain. This place is in a latino area, but don’t be afraid, we don’t bite, hard.
