Pizza Hut has always had great service and the countless times I have ordered from this location, I have never been disappointed. The Hawaiian pizza was made fresh and you can taste the soft crunchy bread to the warm cheese. I usually order delivery, and I have never had my any mistakes or problems with my order. My order came quickly and for this the delivery guy got a good tip. My usual order is ham and pineapple or pepperoni with ham. The food is always good, tasty, and never cold. Pizza Hut has better service and food quality than many other pizza places I have been to. I would without a doubt recommend Pizza Hut to everyone.

3 times here and they always threat me good and with respect they even hook it up with free marinara sauce.

Very fast delivery, as I live very close. But the pizza somehow wasn’t hot? And they forgot the drizzle I requested. Wings were good.

Love their traditional hot flavor. Its kinda tangy/​sweet or something.
Service does seem subpar here though but given the establishment, location, and constituents, what else would you expect. Just get it for pick up

You guys suck. Waited by my door. 1 hour later, told me there driver knocked … No he didn’t not. new customer service needed. If guys don’t want to work there then just quit. Horror staff. look at all the reviews? Am I lying, mostly one stars …

Terrible. Pizza hut has lost its standards. When did it get this bad? Rude employees and gross pizza isnt cool especially with so many smaller joints offering great pizza.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE AT NIGHT! I called to place an order of wings and was hung up on after I told the girl what I wanted. I called back and the guy that picked up was about to do the same. After this ineptitude I told him to cancel my order. To my surprise the girl put in my order for delivery. While I was at krua thai (great thai) picking up my food. They delivered the order and someone at my place paid for it; they thought I ordered it. I called the store and they tell me that I have to come in to get a refund. WORST PHONE SERVICE EVER. While I was there this. girl was standing next to the manager making faces. NEVER AGAIN. Javier tha manager told me that they couldnt send a driver to fix it because they were too busy. So yes, I had to drive there and take the wings to get a refund. I wonder if they could of sent a driver if I placed another order.

I have ordered from this location twice and both times have been a negative experience. The first time I gave them my credit card info and said I wanted my order charged them the delivery guy showed up and demanded cash claiming card info was never given. The second time the pizza was nearly an hour late so I called and they claimed I had never ordered then after talking with a manager I was informed they did have my order and they had attempted to come but no one was there. They claimed the phone number on the order was wrong. I checked my confirmation and it had the correct number, I don’t know what they did but it was ridiculous. They finally delivered me my order, cold and did nothing, not even apologize.

We ordered the any topping any size pizza for 11 dollars and it was discusstting. We got with beef, chicken mushrooms and olives, the usual that we order. The bread was so thick and oily, I have never seen any pizza like that. The taste was aweful. After one slice I drunk a gallon of water. Ughhhhh. Will not buy pizza there or any other pizza hut any more.

The food is amazing but their service is as bad as it can get! The employees have no manners and respect and need a reality check.

Forgot my sauce with breadsticks minus 1 star. Night manager made sure I got the sauce in time to enjoy my breadsticks with the pizza +4 stars.

I’ve never had an issue with the service here or my order being taken wrong. I always call ahead and just pick up my order in the time they tell me and it’s ready at that time. The only issue is that they only have 3 parking spaces and 1 handicap spot and they’re all narrow. So parking is bad situation here, they share with 7eleven.

Great pizza, fast service, and Mauricio is very friendly, professional, and an amazing employee. Give him a raise!!!:)

This place sucks. I go to Concorde Career College which is right in front of this place. The only 2 choices I have for lunch are bring my own food, or place an order at PH. I’ve order about 5 times from this place. 1ce the screwed up my order, and 3 times they’ve taken too long. I only have 20 mins of lunch time, if my pizza isn’t ready by then, I won’t eat, and this has happend 3 times. I ordered yesterday so that the pizza would be ready about 15 earlier. What happened? They screwed it up, AND the took an additional 10 mins. I’d what they do in there, but it sure in hell isn’t making pizza!

Ordered from here got my order and it was wrong I originally ordered a bacon jalapeño instead they sent me a meat and jalapeño claiming that’s what we ordered 1^st of who orders meat on a pizza second how do you get meat from bacon they said they would credit my account for my next order called to get my pizza they backtracked and said oh we can only give you %50 off when they should have honored what they told and not fuck my order up

I love Pizza Hut but our cashier Bianca says they don’t do wings after 11:00 pm what a bummer!

Yummy :). Some employees need a reality check and a side of manners. Other than that it’s a good spot.
