It’s always managers with the awful attitude. Especially a «manager«named Rosario. She was so rude. now I know why she has thejob she has, no customer service skills. Have fun flipping burgers.

Look I understand it’s McDonald’s. You get what you get. But I’m baffled. I pulled up to buy a large sweet tea and a large water. It’s hot outside. So the lady tried to charge me for two sweet teas. One had the subtitle special request. I asked why that was. Apparently they have to charge full price for the cup! Seriously for ice and tap water in a 10 cent cup they wanted to charge me 1.73 plus tax. I said never mind. I would rather go buy a bottle of sweet tea than come back here. I suppose this place is desperate for money. Cause they charge for an extra packet of sauce too.

Currently here, waiting for my food. I know it’s a McDonald’s and don’t expect much. But I was told to park and wait for my food, same as the guy behind me in the drive-thru. Service sucks, super slow(it’s been 10 minutes) and still no food.

This review is for every McDonalds ever not just this one. 1. The Ice cream machine never works. Just take ice cream off the menu cuz everyone knows you’re too lazy to go and work the machine so you just tell customers it’s broken. 2.The coffee is always a different price. one day it’s 1.19…another day it’s 1.39. I need my 20 cents. 3. What happened to the dollar menu? 4. The Double Cheeseburger is the same as the McDouble but the McDouble is more expensive? Why you trying to play me Ronald? 5. I think your food is slowly transforming into processed dirt.

I had the worst experience at this McDonald’s today, I placed my order pancakes and A coffee. I waited for my # to be called. I grabbed my order and sat down. I realized my pancakes didn’t have sausage so I ordered a sausage. A manager by the Name of Jennifer was asking who took this order where is it some one took it. She was like frantic. So I took my sausage and sat down. I rarely eat in but I wanted to enjoy my pancakes before I went to work. Jennifer comes over and asks did you take a burrito? I said no just this pointing at my food. She says whats in there? then peeks in my purse that’s on the table. Im like what are you doing she opens my purse and looks in it. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. She then walked away. I don’t recall what I said something like that’s really rude. I spoke to the store manager about it. She apologized I have also called corporate. I hope Jennifer gets fired. She had no rite to do what she did.

Very poor service!!! We were so excited to see the happy meal toys for the Peanuts movie but the department manager MARIA meanly showed us the toys and she’s like she doesnt want to show us the other toy. We can clearly see there’s one more different from the toys they showed us first. Finally she showed it to us then she kept saying its the same. I said to her to look at them and its totally different. She just nodded her head meaning she agreed that the toy is different… She’s so mean! Very poor service!

I really don’t want to waste my time writing a review of a McDonald’s, however, this location is the ABSOLUTEWORST!!! I hope that corporate reads some of these reviews so that they can make some much needed adjustments concerning their employees. I ordered fries, and requested that they be hot and fresh. The cashier handed me half-cooked fries. They were hot, but soggy and greasy – they were definitely not cooked completely. I returned them to her, and asked that she give me golden cooked fries. These idiots put the same fries back in the grease for a second go ’round. This time, the fries were over cooked. Since they couldn’t get it right, I asked for a refund. Instead of just giving me back my couple dollars, the manager literally made me fill out paper work. You’d think I was returning a flat screen television. Whenever I order an ice-cream cone, they never grab the cone with a napkin. They use their dirty hands. The little bit of paper around the cone does not protect it from the employees’ filthy hands. This particular location needs to better train their employees or shut down. They are disgusting. There was a time, I drove up to the second window to retrieve my ice-cream cone, and it was sitting on the drive-thru window counter. GROSS!!! I asked for my money back, and never returned. This McDonald’s has some serious issues. Those employees do not deserve to even wear the uniform.

This McDonald’s location needs to get it together. I use the drive through and they keep messing up my orders. It’s really annoying to get home and see that a sandwhich is missing or that they gave you the wrong one. Going to Burger King instead from now on. The food is better and the service there is quick, friendly & accurate!

I work in customer service and I hate to complain, but honestly this did it for me. THISISTHESECONDTIMESAMEMISTAKEISMADE. I order a VEGGIE egg white biscuit and REPEAT it twice to where i order and once when i pay, both times they say oh its veggie and then i pick up the food and there is meat. WHAT if i didn’t check and i ate it? I am allergic to meat and vegetarian therefore i have allergic reaction. what would you do then? when as a customer i have repeatedly said NO meat. worst customer service, they absolutely do not care what you say and input whatever they want as an order. Please save yourself the time and do not go to this location. For the managers, please review procedures with your employees on taking orders correctly, had i ate this, i would be in the hospital, who would be responsible? after i have made sure it should be NO meat.

Over a month ago, I ordered a jalapeño cheese burger, cooked well done, no salt on the patty and sat down. Since it would be ridiculous to review the food, I’ll do so for the environment and employees. First, Environment: — Average — Has a PlayPlace — Clean/Average bathrooms Employees: There’s two that stand out to me because they bug me. One seems to struggle with English which doesn’t necessarily bother me but she gave up and started speaking to me in Spanish and she was a bit slow. The other one was very dainty and too careful. When I watched her put fries on a plate, I grew an inch. But maybe she did it out of courtesy but gosh. It’s McDonald’s.

I’m loving it. Your typical Mc Donald’s! I was helped by a young man(Edgar) very friendly, respectful and willing to help. Try the sweet tea and fries, you will never go wrong! The restrooms were very clean and so was the dining area. :)
