I work right next door great food horrible wait even when it’s not even packed, makes for a very short lunch to actually enjoy the delicious food they serve

This place, long before the new ownership or remodel, had the best BEST Orange Chicken and pork fried rice in the valley. That was years and years ago. Tried it recently, and not impressed whatsoever. Everything I had was a 5ish out of 10.

Great food had the pad Thai, duck teriyaki w/​bokchoy, and orange chicken. All three were Amazing!!!

Had lunch here today it was good I had the pad Thai with fried rice and chicken. It was tasty I would recommend serve with lemon on the side. Also the salad dressing was Delicious!

I would usually give this place 5 stars but ever since the new ownership the food quality has totally went down .i been going to hot and cold bowl for 15 + years for one dish they’re garlic chicken and now it’s completely gone I’m really sad. Can any one tell me where the previous owners went? so I can get my favorite dish that I loved !

Honestly this was an ok place until they refilled my water cup. As I was eating my spicy tuna roll and sipping water from my cup I noticed a giant nasty dead MOSQUITO in my water… I showed the staff and they apologized and got me a new cup but I was disgusted and could not drink anymore. I paid and left the place in a hurry! :(

Best Thai restaurant in the valley since the 90’s and the place jus keeps getting better! Its a hole in the wall very low key but I’m glad to see many people finding out about this gem. Great customer service always come and check on you, refill your water and very courteous. Been coming here since i was 8 now im 22. Place has been remodeled and menu has expanded they also serve Japanese and Chinese food now which taste amazing.
Prices are very reasonable, great place too come alone or wit friends and family. if your in the area check em out!!!

The best hidden gem. If you’re in the mood for Asian food, this is the place to go. By its name, you would never guess that they have every single type of Asian food.
Thai, Chinese, Japanese… they have it all. I’ve tried the Thai chicken and the orange chicken. Both were fantastic.
The prices were great and they make really pretty plates. I always get Thai tea with boba and I close that it comes in a mason jar.
It’s a nice small place, it’s very clean and the workers are always friendly. I absolutely love this place!

I found this little gem near my house, and decided to check it out. I ordered the pad see ew and the papaya salad. First off the prices are extremely reasonable, second I was really shocked in the quality of food. The Pad See Ew was delicious, and fill with flavor. The portion was huge. I also enjoyed the papaya salad. I will definitely come back to try more.

Been there to eat once, we’ve had delivery about 5 or 6 times. My favorites are their Drunken Noodles, Thai Fried Rice, Pineapple Fried Rice, Thai BBQ, and Mango with Sticky Rice Dessert. The fried dishes like sweet and sour pork or the orange chicken are over fried, rock hard, and lack sauce. The curries are a little too soupy for my taste. I stick to the stir fry and grilled dishes, they are much better.
I would say they have good quality vs quantity, they discontinued the 15% discount and free Thai tea. That really made this place worth it, now I’m not so sure now. We paid $ 30 last night for two entrees, sticky rice, and a Thai tea boba, plus tip for their driver of course.
Still a good place to get a lunch special $ 7 and a Thai tea for $ 2. I will probably still go back to try their sushi and soups, everyone tells me the seven seas soup is great.

I worked here for 2 years a few years back before the new owners took over and they’ve done such a great job renovating and the food is great. Me and my sister regularly come back as customers and were obsessed with the Thai tea. I can’t complain about anything they’re doing a great job with the restaurant

I am loving this Thai restaurant! My family and I have been coming here since the early 90’s. They closed down last year and underwent a change in management. The food is even better and décor is more modern now. The lady that took our order, she could possibly be the new owner, is very nice. She recommended some new dishes that were very tasty. They now accept credit cards. Parking is no problem since they have a large lot. They also delivery within a 3 mile radius. I would definitely come back!

I walked by here numerous times when going to target, always thought. Eeew, who would eat there… Well guess they remodeled a while back, updated their menu and tonight I figured, «why not give it a shot» thank god I did!
Ordered the yellow chicken curry and some California rolls to go!
She asked how spicy I wanted it and I wasn’t sure as some of these Thai places try to kill you with their crazy peppers … We agreed on medium and she even included some extra containers of chili paste to take with me in case I wanted it hotter. (Very thoughtful) I got home, mixed it all together and holy cow. That’s some good curry, I’m still sweating and my mouth is watering just thinking about it!
Sushi was amazeballs too! Definitely made to order, it was fresh even though I didn’t order until 9pm. The rice was not over cooked, picture showed 4 little rolls, box contained 8 pieces which was a pleasant surprise also. I know my review might be over the top, but credit is given where it is deserved. I wish this restaurant and the owners all the success! If you haven’t already, go try it!

Hot and Cold Bowl is under new management. They renovated their dining floor. It is actually very minimal, but such an amazing transformation. What a difference some wall covering and chairs make! I’m waiting in my food. We will see how that Improvement is.

Great new management. Welcoming and super clean environment. Came in for a lunch special and the food was made fresh. They offer fried banana which is fried at the time you order it. You get 15% with your order so it’s a really fair price at the end.

I always come here for a quick lunch or dinner pick up. They provide awesome service, and the wait is not long which makes it better. I’ve brought many of my coworkers to this place and they have even started coming here on their lunch.

I’ve been eating at this location since I was in the womb. It’s undergone a lot of changes, so it’s even better now! My family and I remain loyal customers. I’ve always had a good experience. The employees are friendly and they recognize me whenever I go in and they know my parents, too! I get called «yoga girl» when I come in (as I see Thai food as a healthier option, so I go there after class) and I love it! Thank you! See you soon! :)

UPDATE: this place used to be really good, but they must’ve gone under new ownership, because while the interior has gotten better the quality of the food has not. for some reason the pork rad na that my family has been getting at this same place for over 17years has lost its flavor and the portions have Significantly decreased… used to love coming here but my family and I now go elsewhere.
what’s the point when the taste worsens, the portions lessen, and the prices remain the same?

The food is great and there is a very bright style to the whole place.
Feels like it should be fast food but it’s a sit down place.
Prices are pretty good for main dishes. Apps are a little pricey.
