AAA called them for me, my front door lock didn’t work anymore. They said they could only pick lock but can’t do anything else… Really? I called them to talk abt it and no one even called me back. If you have an emergency, go elsewhere– I did!

Wow, this was the best AAA service I’ve ever gotten. Was for a lock-​out. The young guy who came out was so personable and nice. Felt like I was in Pleasantville, rather than L.A. (Burbank). He told me his name but unfortunately I don’t remember it. It was about a month ago, to the Warner Music Bldg. on Olive. Thanks!

I recently had a technician come to my house to replace a bad ignition on my wife’s Jeep liberty, and I really could not be more pleased with the service. Emergency Lock & Key works with triple A, so they came after I called the AAA roadside service number. The man fixing the ignition was pleasant, polite and efficient. It isn’t fun having to fix anything on a car, but this experience was made tolerable by the excellent service. I would recommend this place to anyone.
