After calling literally 10+ hotels for a last minute booking, Comfort Inn & Suites in Burbank was where I booked. Conveniently located within 10 minutes from a Wedding my boyfriend and I attended that weekend, the hotel was a great fit for our needs. Not to mention, the price was fair @ $ 140 for a King Bed. Rolling in at midnight on a Saturday, I was kindly greeted by the front desk attendant. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond my expectations. The check-in was so easy and fast! I couldn’t ask for any better service! My boyfriend and I were impressed to see a locked door that leads you to the elevator. You must have a key to access the elevator! This was such a pleasant sight to see and gave me some peace of mind that not just anybody can walk right on into the hotel rooms. Moving on to the rooms, the rooms were in excellent condition – clean and spacious! The bathroom was so pretty! It was well lit, which is PERFECT for putting on make up. :) Last but not least, the breakfast in the AM! I was impressed! The hotel offered a great spread of breakfast goodies! Yogurt, bananas, apples, bacon, egg and cheese omelet, bread, waffles, bagels, etc. My favorite part of the breakfast experience was the dining area. The windows were huge and brightened up the entire room with natural lighting. The tables were clean and the staff was attentive in refilling food. I really enjoyed my experience at Comfort inn and I recommend everyone to book a room here. Get COMFORTABLE at Comfort Inn!

Parking Sucks! You’re expected to leave your keys over night with the front desk. Breakfast is OK not great taste like hospital food. Rooms are clean, beds are a lil hard and view out you’re window is a tire shop. Not worth the price a night.

Front desk agent and other employees are nice and professional. The hotel itself is definitely not up to Comfort Inn standard. The rooms look nice and recently renovated. Double parking spots, so you have either hand in your keys, or wait for the attendant to move the guests car that’s blocking yours. Not great when you have to go somewhere real quick. My main complaint is simply that the value is not worth the price. It’s just plain greed. Can’t pay by phone unless you have a FAX machine! Yes those things used like 20 years ago. Plus, its in the middle of the ghetto! There’s also no gym! Breakfast only starts at 7a, this is extremely inconvenient when you have to be somewhere at 7:30a(my case). Let’s not forget the greedy vending machine at a whopping $ 2 per drink!
